Alli fat reducing meds £22.99 @ welldricks chemist

84 hard capsules (1 months worth)

I bought 2 boxes and delivery was free.

Not a miracle cure and you need to stick to the instructions.
Ideal for people who have had an operation or wait for one and can't exercise as they normally would.

I normally work out 5 times per week 1 hour a day of 45 mins weights 15 mins hit but having damaged both knee and ankle have been restricted in what I can do massively so these until I can recover from my knee op are helping.

Normal points of pooing oil is only true if you eat lots of fatty foods.

It reduces fat intake by a third.

Having looked on for alli here it always goes freezing with the normal reactions, however it isn't just for coach potatoes.

These seem at least 10 quid cheaper per pack than anywhere else.

Be interesting to see where this is cheaper ? As expected, cold votes but a bit disappointing that there is no posts saying where it's better value ?
I'm sure some will find it useful
Not strictly fat reducing, it prevents absorption rather then getting rid of fat you already have.
Does work though and very cheap compared to Asda/ boots prices

It reduces fat intake thus it's fat reducing as everyone eats.
For people who are temporarily in active like me whose had a torn and damaged knee for 14 months and a broken opposite ankle, it's helped.
It also encourages people to eat healthier as I'm sure no one would want the side effects of eating far more than 15g of fat in a meal.
I'm normally around 16 stone at 6 ft 4 and that is normally made up of 16% body fat.
A year of being extremely restricted exercise wise has put on 2 stone of not muscle.
I've had a knee op now and I have around 6 weeks before I can light train and these are helping to lose weight as I'm in taking a third less fat while eating healthy.
Home Bargains do XLS (same stuff) for 4.99.
Wasn't there some recent scandals about these causing heart issues?

Everyone wants the magic pill, I am sure there are circumstances where these might be appropriate but only in the short term. Ideally people should be looking at long term solutions for their health and not quick fixes. Easier said than done unfortunately≥
You need fat, you don't need the carbs. Why not just eat less, and therefore spend less + not be tempted by pills.

Xls is not the same product or ingredients.

The guidelines are 2lbs max per week loss for a healthy reduction in dieting which is standard for any diet.
I'm healthy and exercise a lot however can't and haven't been able to do much apart from sit on the sofa doing physio type exercises on ankle and opposite leg.
I normally have 3500 calories per day of whole foods and 2 protein shakes to get my protein levels higher.

I need to eat a reasonable amount of food to aid recovery from an operation. What ever I eat , this reduces by a third, the fat.
I can't work out and my diet is already healthy.
Change your diet instead of buying pills... Yes it's a simplistic way of looking at it, but strictly speaking weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise

? Apart from you are wrong with the percentages on diet to exercise, my diet is healthy already. It is through being immobile that I have put unhealthy weight on.
Unless you think I should consume less while recovering from surgery ? Which goes completely against the consultant, Dr and physio I'm under.
The only way to lose weight - without - exercise is a Ketogenic lifestyle
Eat fat to lose fat....high fat and protein and low carbs....slow steady weight loss with loads of true health benefits
Thoroughly research it on the internet......it is becoming the lifestyle of those who want maxim health

Doesn't quite work like that though when you are not able to move around and HAVE to eat a certain amount of calories

You don't need to exercise to lose weight. I lost a stone (14lb) in under 3 months simply by eating better and eating less. Didn't exercise one iota. Didn't take any pills either

There's losing 'weight' and there's losing fat.
Most weight loss initially from diet is water weight.
I'm not sure you've actually read why I am using them ?
I don't need lectures in diet weight loss or exercise as I'm fully aware of all 3 and am normally in pretty decent shape.
Ketogenic throws that out the window.... you lose the fat not just water

Thoroughly research it all over the internet before I tried it.... because I could not believe it....lose the fat with no exercise
Well....5mths.... 2 and half stone lost... and still going down... with little or no exercise....it worked for me

And yes...I won't be going back to eating processed foods loaded with carbs... mostly sugar
Or listening to carp advice about a low fat diet....though I will be exercising more... because I can now
It's a whole lifestyle health change and it's backed by sound research studies....win win

? Throws what out of the window ? A ketosis diet is no different to any other diet when it begins. The initial weight loss is made up predominantly of water.
It also is not going to help me recover from my operation as I need to consume a decent amount of whole food calories from an array of food groups.
The amount of people waffling on about lifestyle this diet that.. It's a post about a fat reduction capsule at a price i cant find any cheaper ,which I thought was pretty much the idea of posting the deal ?
Lol no matter what I've had a laugh at ppl arguing about all this. Obviously not much else to worry about in life. Well done to op for effort. If everyone encouraged everyone instead of being negative. If only!

Hey man Just saw your deal posted and wanted to say I wish you a speedy recovery. My mum has a similar situation where it makes it hard for her to even move around the house so I know hard it can be. Kind regards
