My suggestion would be to eat well and exercise regularly.

doesn't work.

Does work, can have unfortunate side effects.

It does work. But can leave dirty embarrassing underwear due to leakage.

Good price but lots of better ways to lose weight.

Works by blocking some fat in the meals, so you don't have to worry about all that sugar in your diet!
This will defiantly help you lose 20 pounds, or 19.95 to be more precise.

I can say I have never trusted such products, I can say that I lost nearly 8 stones in 10 months (18.5 down to 10.5) by just cutting out sugar (fizzy drinks and crisps). I also took up running which really helped. I can’t say I have the best diet as I eat quite a bit of carbs but eating the right things and excising regularly no matter how little gives you more than just taking pills themselves.

These pills will not work if you continue to consume fat after fat after fat, It clearly states on the packaging/leaflet guidance that they are to be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

didn't work for me and I had none of the side effects

If you stuff your face with fat.

There was a TV show a while ago where a gp tried these or similar by way of an experiment. He deliberately ate a fatty meal. Later he had to retire to the shower as it was coming out like oily fro yo.

It's annoying when people say this but don't really ever explain themselves..
Without any exercise this has to be by far one of the top stuff in the market.

There are no tablets scientifically backed to lose weight, best bet is gluccomanan to suppress your appetite and stock binging on KFC buckets and barrels of cola and get your butts to the gym.

Have to agree with the fact their are 'better' ways of shedding weight, or slimming down.

I have tried these, and they work to a degree, but are ultimately pointless. They bind fat in your food during digestion, so your body passes it without breaking it down, so it doesn't absorb it.

And, in all honesty, by reducing the fat or sugar or 'bad' carbs in your diet, you can achieve the same if not better results. I lost over 10 stone through healthy eating and exercise.

Not going to bash the deal though, its a good price. But as others have basically said, diet or abit of hard work in the gym will be much more beneficial to your health and the bowl of any toilet you visit.

Don't eat anything that contains fat, that's the whole point in the tablets. If u eat anything with fat in, u will know about it lol

Surely fat binding tablets are entirely pointless if you don't eat any fat

Amphetamines disagree.

Warning! Farting in public while on this medication is not recommend - particularly by those wearing shorts, skirts, thongs our cricket whites!

Thought amphetamine based products can be prescribed by a GP?

Lose weight... no white (bread, foods with sugar, white rice etc)...no sh*te (takeaways, pizza, chocs, sweets etc)
no white, no sh*te ,move more to get light

I have used these several years ago and they made a difference for me. Eat better, exercise as well and they help you lose that bit more than they would anyway. Lapse and eat a high fat meal and every fart becomes a potentially messy adventure.

The price is good for this number of pills although I have read that this product is less effective since the product recall a couple of years ago. When these were unavailable I tried the XL pills and they did not work for me at all . Apparently some people now find Alli the same.

Eventually I learned to rely on just eating well and exercising. That's what these pills are for. They teach you how to live properly so you don't need them any more. Good luck to anyone starting the same route I went down.

Don't take any sleeping pills whilst taking these.

Not really.

By far the most effective at burning fat (literally as it is a uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation) is DNP, or 2,4-Dinitrophenol. It works by making the mitochondria much less efficient at energy production via the ATP pathway. Very effective, but deadly in the wrong hands....
