It's a miracle there is any milk at all, last time I checked almonds don't have nipples!
They've had it for at least six months I think. It's decent enough.

I beg to differ...watch BBC's "The Truth About...Healthy Eating".
They tried different types of milk and nutritionally wise, cow's milk is still the best choice for you.
Drink you milk, chew your almonds. Keeping it simple is still the healthiest

I think there's plenty of independent research showing that what we've done so far has worked great.
My parents certainly didn't need almond milk and they were both quite healthy individuals.
With very strong bones, I might add. If it ain't broken...

The parent analogy isn't best, sure they might have survived but so do many smokers, it doesn't mean smoking is right.

It shouldn't be called milk, but seeing as it's aimed as an alternative to diary cows milk I guess it helps with sales.

In contrast, regardless of what the bias BBC state. The facts remain that humans only require milk when we are infants, our digestive systems then adapt and struggle to break down lactose enzymes.

The effects are noticed more by others, who regard themselfs as intolerant, it's actually abnormal to be tolerant... And that is just human milk, the clue is in the name,! "Cows milk", it's absolutely absurd that were raised to believe a mammal so far removed genetically from our own genetic make up is apparently what we should be drinking, as adults, when was the last time you was outside, thirsty and spotted a cow to just think " Damn, I'll go and suck on that cows udder".

Not only is it wrong to consume it, its not a great source of calcium as people believe. It causes a myriad of health implications and internal inflammation response from our bodies.

This could be the fact it's cows milk, or the additional chemicals the cows are forced to consume, or the antibiotics and other chemicals used to prevent the cows from getting infections from their very sore udders, which typically constantly bleed and produce puss, both of which contaminate the milk.

Sadly, we live in a world built on lies and misdirection, because that makes money...
Even doctors will encourage you to consume the wrong stuff, because if you're not Ill... What will they do?

Go diary free, t gives you energy and makes you feel so much more alive!

For calcium , just eat a portion of kale or spinach, or dark green leafy veg
