    Has anyone had experience with using Secret Escapes before?

    I had a look around for some more information. They are rated 4.1 out of 5 on TrustPilot, but a lot of their recent reviews are negative and concern booking cancellations with little notice or support to find alternatives:

    It would be good to hear the experiences of anyone who has booked a room or holiday with them before

    Booked a deal via them for amsterdam last october, didnt have an issue.
    only used them once myself.
