For the jackets yes, especially the bomber style ones. But personally I find the sizing on the hoodies to be fine.

Only look at what goes down from the normal price to the sale price, that's where you can tell if the clothes you buy are legitimate at the price or if you are being ripped off, like Alpha industries or Palm Angels.
