There are plenty better pre workout supplements for half the price.
Sounds delish!

What can you get better for £15.60?

I'm very curious because I don't think it will be.

But I do look forward to whatever you say is better . I'm very into my ingredients

Apologies missed the word 'value' out. 32 notes for a poxy 21 servings is not great.

What do you expect with the ingredients and doses? £1.50 per serving is pretty normal fir it's end of the category.

It's actually a serving more than most of this end of the category

I'm curious to know what you would suggest instead

It's ridiculous terrible and underdosed

its basically
Beta Alanine as Carnosine 1.5g (should be 3.2G because that is the clinical dose)
Creatine Monohydrate 3.4g (firstly why? and should be at 5g. it is the cheapest to source and should be at 5g or 2G in HCL form.)
Caffeine175mg (Eh, industry go to is 250mg)

and where is everything else? no pump ingredients, no real stims, no nootropics, nothing for focus, nothing else for performance apart from beta alanine.

In your opinion....... The various independent reviews that you can find up and down the web say different. And I've never had any issues with it

Caffeine, creatine and protein.

In that order. Anything else is a waste of money fed into by great marketing and an overwhelming desire for people to make quicker (unproven) gains.

Bodybuilding clean is down to diet, genetics and hard work.

That’s it.

I will discredit my education and replace it with creatine, caffeine and protein.

I will personally now denounce all clinical studies.

The supplement industry are all evil snake oil sellers who definitely don't spend half their lives reading studies

Have you tried All Black Everything? Good stuff. Also Alpha Gorilla

Abe is what I would usually suggest to a total newbie, I have nothing against it as the doses are perfect but the yields are good.

Do you mean gorilla alpha yeti juice?

Like most people I just want that little boost going in to a workout I don't feel I need the optimum doses of dozens of different chemicals. Diet, sleep, strong mindset, clean living and determination get me where I wanna be.

Then bin your pre workout if you feel like that's the case, I'd bin your one.

No point paying for a tub of nothing, I'd even recommend a can of reign over that pre workout

testosterone supplements? I'm Just saying that your current pre workout is bad based on doses, ingredients and what your missing for £19.

Kraken pre workout would be a better choice in that price bracket
41245374.jpg
I understand if you need to go if subject knowledge is bad but coming into a thread and comparing a bad product to one with a much better panel and then discrediting the better product with no real substance is Just odd behaviour

Anyways I hope you have a good evening
