Is the unsweetened the same price?

2% lol. Good knows how much sugar is in the there.

Ingredients

Water, Sugar, ALMOND (2%), Calcium (Tri-Calcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Stabilisers (Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Vitamins (Riboflavin (B2), B12, E, D2), May contain traces of HAZELNUTS

3g per 100ml.

Does that make me God?

Apparently that only qualifies you as Good thanks to my auto correct.

Might have to stock up, I'm going through 3 a week and they are nearing £1.80 a carton at Asda, scowl! Thanks OP!

Alpro is full of other crap to aid the manufacturer and retailer and has a tiny almond presence. Far easier to soak a few almonds overnight (to get rid of the enzyme inhibitors that all nuts naturally have) and then blitz them with some water in a blender. A 30 second job for pure almond milk without all the shelf-life additives. Same works for most other nuts.

This is really good stuff! I have the unsweetened with my porridge in the morning - a lovely nutty taste with next to no sugar in it (13 kcals per 100ml) Will stock up while the offer is on - thanks for posting!

The taste is ****. I would better have normal milk. Reminds me to clear the pack from my fridge sitting there for 4 months..

Result! I love this stuff

Seeing as those are illegal I seriously doubt it. Puss is a bit overboard, there is a legal limit to the number of cells in milk. Plus its pasteurised but you enjoy your dairy, cake and chocolate free life. If you were breast fed you probably had some cells too but I guess you might see that differently.

Nice, like both especially in desserts. Thought it odd to drink the milk of another animal after weaning youtube.com/wat…ESo

great price love almont milk and hazelnut . heat! no calf killed , no suffering dairy cows and no growth hormones, puss or blood plus a lot less fat all round winner

I would rather be breast fed milk from my mother who is the same species as me than to carry on drinking milk from another species. Do your research. Enjoy your puss

I've made tea using this for two different people and they didn't notice (or say anything) and they drank it all.

I'd rather make my own, personally, but that can be quite expensive. £1 a litre is a great price! Much rather drink this than the breast milk intended for another species.

to counter that, i have made tea with this for 1 person and they definitely noticed!

Not knocking it though, i never have regular milk anymore, just that it doesnt taste like milk.

Of course being breast fed is different! If it isn't obvious, then I'll add the small print about breast milk: 'No One Was Harmed In The Manufacture Of This Breast Milk' !!

If its the welfare issue you are bothered about then that's a slighlty different story, I was trying to make a different point to the poster I was replying to. Please be assured the UK has practically the highest standards in the world. The more we campaign the higher they will be but at the very least always buy British. Eggs are a fine example as even lidl and aldi have cheap free range eggs.

I've done my research thanks but it seems you haven't. Growth hormones are illegal in this country and the EU for that matter. Are you a vegan because there are a lot of things that will contain this puss infested poison? I don't understand why it's an issue today but wasn't for the past 10,000 years.

Why can nobody spell pus?

Unless you mean cow's milk has cat in it...

grew up on a dairy farm, and it frightens me some of the mental ideas people have in UK about milk and its production.
ironically, dairy doesnt really agree with me, so I use almond milk as much as possible. Its crazy expensive (sainsburys is cheapest I've found so far, £1.68. )
stocked up on uht version.

thanks sòoooooooooo much OP

people at work have "borrowed" this from the fridge, apparently the sweetened version tastes like breast milk????
