sorted byRooms are basic at best, staff are clueless when it comes to booking the restaurants for evening and breakfast. (Had a booking but queued for an hour for breakfast!)
Food in the restaurant in the evenings is a buffet which consists of a few choices replicated on loads of different counters.
Breakfast was ok.
After traveling for almost 5 hours with 3 kids 6/4/1 I get there for check in time think it was 15:00 and am told it's FROM 15:00 so wait until a rooms free?! So I'm waiting for 1.5 hours, it's funny cos if it's the other way round they would charge me but the kids were tired and I just had enough and even kicked off and they didn't do anything to help.
Never staying there again
But Alton towers class it as under 16
Am I doing anything wrong ?
They often show the other hotels first, which are more expensive, so you might need to scroll down as needed.
Last time we went Phil Foden was there with his family. We sat next to him for dinner and there was me handing over my vouchers
Is £136
Once you select the dates and a hotel the T&C's for each extra are shown, before payment.
So I've booked tickets to the Wave in Coventry instead as I can't justify spending that much....
They take £5 deposit for room keys nowhere said that before arriving.
Ordered food to our room had an eta of 20 mins it turned up an hour later at nearly 10pm and kids had fallen asleep.
Waterpark has really loud music blasted out all the time too, really disappointing.
Someone dropped a paper napkin in the main hallway it was still there 24 hours later.
