The EDP (local Norfolk paper) has been running an offer called Delicious Dining - Dine for Half Price.

The original offer was that you could purchase £50 vouchers for £25 - but this has now been reduced to £15 (+ £1.50 P&P)

Further great news - the voucher is for any time (not restricted to Mon - Weds etc but obviously subject to booking) and for any menu (no restrictions).

It also includes drinks. This is ideal for a couple looking for a cheap night out.

I have eaten at one of the places (The Olive Garden) and the food was excellent.

ty, not heard of any of these places, so not sure which one to go for, Gt Yarmouth is too far, so Norwich ones for me. Kims perhaps but poster looks well not great

Have been to Roccos but only for a networking meeting - was pretty good food.

Holiday Inn - again been to networking meetings and a couple of balls there - excellent food.

How long do the vouchers take to arrive?

Hot deal if you're local. I am heading that way later this year, but the vouchers expire in six weeks so no good for me.

Matches the decor :whistling: only been in there once to pick up a chinese when the other one in the village was closed and it was deserted.

Work in Yarmouth and live 15 mins from Norwich so quite a few options in this area thanks, heat and rep added.

Great, thanks for this. I've been to the Black Horse for Sunday lunch and it was really nice, was quite a while ago though. Also heard that Rocco's is good so got voucher for there. Browston Hall does a lovely carvery too

Cheers for that. Heard The Beach Radio doing the half price deal, but for £15 it's red hot for me. Booked Browston Hall.

I live in Liverpool so guess I've got Norfolk in chance of getting this deal. ;-)

If I lived in Glasgow I'd consider moving to Norfolk regardless of this voucher. The voucher is the clincher IMO

What is the deal exactly - £50 worth of diner and drinks for £16.50?? Are the places expensive? Voted hot

Booked, HOT, thanks

Shame its too late for Valentines day, or as it's known in Norfolk, Mothers Day 2

Great deal - gimme a high six man.

A girl I knew from Norfolk took me home to intoduce me to her Brother and her Dad. Was just the one man there!

Me too. Born and bred in Glasgow, I now live in Norfolk. No regrets ;-)

In Norfolk, we have fabulous beaches (Wells, Holkham, etc), the Norfolk Broads if you like boating, a lovely city centre with cathedrals and a castle! 2 shopping malls - and no hills - with the least rainfall in the country. Enjoy (I do!).

Don't make us look so unedcuated with your capitalisation of every word in a sentence lol

Norfolk (and north Suffolk) is particularly isolated as far as road connections go, but it's a nice enough place. Lots of old country villages and lovely beaches. Norwich is a nice city, very medieval - think it has more pubs and churches per acre than any other? Lowestoft looks like a dying town but has miles of great unused sandy beaches .

Its suffolk-in good deal !

Voted hot.

If you like touring the biggest dumps of the UK , then i recommend a visit to Great Yarmouth.

but in Glasgow i can get my hands on all the skag i could possibly dream of. hows the skag in Norfolk?
