Three months trial on Amazons Audible. Should be enough for 3 free audio books. As an audible subscriber, I can recommend the service to anyone who likes something to listen to in the car or while cooking. There are also daily deals where a book will be reduced to a couple of quid, which I've used a few times. Great deal.

I recommend the 'Fear' saga, Fear the Skies, Fear the Survivors and Fear the Future.

I believe this is only for Prime members, I did it myself a few months ago.
using this trial right now myself. Wish Amazon would just make Audible part of the Amazon Prime package. I'd happily pay a little more for Prime If audible was included.

I agree... Maybe like an optional extra cost but cheaper than the standard Audible subscription

Not Kindle, Audible - £££££ after trial (they hope you forget about/not notice £7,99 leaving your account for one book a month, I'd rather get the kindle and convert to mp3
I'm doing this at the moment as well. I'm listening to Stephen Kings The Stand and really enjoying the audio version. Its worth looking out for the daily deals as well as you can pick up some great books for two or three pounds.
is it just new or does the Get Deal link take you to some LED speakers on Amazon?

I love Audible as someone who was an avid book reader up until now (40) & now find it really hard to read etc due to neurological problems.

Highly recommend Dresden Files series & The Wheel of Time books lots of books in each series to get into.

I notice now that you can still access your books even once you cancel this didn't used to be the case. Excellent value highly recommended, the credit section is such good value & if you suffer from sleep problems also great to have to hand at 3am etc.
Also if you don't use the credits each month they accumulate so you don't lose them. I think £7.99 is good value, would be nice for a Prime discount, given how much audio books actually cost as long as you don't buy the cheap sub £10 books with credits

Hello good sir! I was hoping you'd pop up.. I believe you posted a few months back on another audible deal (3 months for 99p each, I think) I took your advice and looked into this "Dresden Files". Bought it and absolutely love it. I would never have found this gem so thank you. One of my all time favourite book franchises, I really hope they get turned into movies, I think they'd be great!
I highly recommend the autobiography of BRIAN BLESSED, it's hilarious and fascinating.

You'd only read it in his voice in your head anyway.
Is this only for new Audible customers who haven't had a free trial before?

I'm a Prime member and have had an emailed offer to try Audible again for 3 months for half price, but not for free - I've previously had a free book on the month's trial though.

It was in the daily deals section so might have disappeared now. Probably should have mentioned that in the description (was too excited about first post).

Edit. Marked as expired.

I do this every morning religiously. Agatha Christie this morning £2.49... think I'll skip that one. I did get 'The Road' a few weeks back though which was brilliant... very bleak and chilling in parts, but a good listen and a bargain at £2.99.
The Prime 3-month offer is available to new customers, but it looks like you've already given Audible a try. If you think we've made a mistake, please contact us.

oh well, good for those who can get it
This is still active - I've just signed up using the link provided by BoBeB
