    It is not as such a cable , more Thunderbolt 3 to Hdmi 2.1 Dex convertor . You can put your extension hdmi 2.1 cable to the TV in between for more length . (edited)

    Note this is 30Hz, you might well notice the less smooth mouse movement and page scrolling. Save your pennies for something that does 60Hz.

    Does this work for Samsung DEX?

    It will only work with Dex for 4k HDR resolution as Thunderbolt to hdmi . So Displayport Alt mode for 4k
