This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Looks like this is open to lots of people (not everyone, but the deal has a limit of 200,000).

Only on Black Friday (Nov 29) and only in the Amazon app. Get up to a £20 coupon toward a future purchase with the Amazon app when you place a qualifying order with the app on Black Friday (Nov 29).

Spend £50 get £5
Spend £100 get £10
Spend £200 get £20

The money comes back as a voucher to spend against a future Amazon purchase.

Direct link to deal (has full descriptions of what to do - read it carefully): amazon.co.uk/b?i…031

Terms and conditions at the bottom of that page.

I got the landing page on my amazon.co.uk homepage via Chrome on mobile.

To check if you are eligible, there are two ways to do this.

Method 1 (thanks @Frogling)

An easy way to check whether you're eligible for the offer it to open the app up, then go to the search bar at the top and type in 'get more' (without the apostrophe), hit return and the offer will come up at the top of the page.

Method 2 (thanks @BDMC5)

Under the banner on the link, it will say you are not eligible in bold.

Not showing for me but then again I've run out of stuff to buy. I'm officially at Peak Stuff.

Cold from me :

''Sorry, but you're not eligible for this offer''

This offer is valid for customers who received the offer directly from Amazon. Customers who received the offer from a second party are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

As far as I can see it's anything, doesn't even seem to say it's on stuff sold by Amazon only.

I will update the OP if this isn't the case though. The direct link describes it pretty well: amazon.co.uk/b?i…031

Main important things to note are that the purchases need to be made through the app, and only on the 29th of Nov.
Looks like no restrictions, we have a winner on our hands here
This is the only bit I'm wary about, didn't see anything on my landing page...

"UK customers only. To be eligible, customers must receive notice of this offer directly from Amazon through the Amazon website or push notification and visit the landing page whilst signed into their Amazon customer account on 29th November 2019. Customers who are forwarded this offer from parties other than Amazon are not eligible for this offer."
this deal will easy go over 1000 degrees
I've posted the banner image in the OP that I had on my phone.

I'm not usually eligible for anything either, can other people confirm if they also see the banner?

I see it on the desktop as well under all the bling.

Based on the terms, looks like decent availability although may need to check back on the 29th

"The Offer is subject to availability, only a limited number of 200,000 promotional codes are available."
I can find it through the website on my phone but not on the app. Weird.
When i do account specific deals I always get cold and this goes hot. It's an odd place this is

Does anyone know if this can this be used for multiple items in one basket?
Are gift cards excluded? I guess we'll find out when it goes live live tomorrow

Where did it say this?
Hot, because I didn't bother reading the T&Cs or checking whether or not I'm eligible.

Oh please teach me your ways! I seem to be in this never ending race to reach Peak Stuff before my bank account reaches Maximum Entropy!

I think it will say near the top if you're not, so if it doesn't you probably are eligible

Nothing for me too, just downloaded the app to check so will be deleting that again too.
The app doesn't show it for me, I only see the banner on the amazon.co.uk homepage in normal web/mobile browser.
Needs the title amending to include, invite only
Can someone who is invited share a screenshot showing they are invited/ eligible for this offer please? I'm trying to work out if I'm eligible or not
I didn't get any email invite, just saw it on the site under the usual promo banners.
I just went through the link above and it is on the website but can't see anything about eligiblity

Should be good to go then, just need to place order via app tomorrow within the tiers. Amazon CS are very good just save screenshots and details of the offer, they'll definitely hook you up in case it doesn't auto track.
Can someone who isn't eligible screenshot where its saying they're not eligible please?
174 amazon orders this year, i literally have nothing left to buy.

As jay out of inbetweeners would say.

Seems like people are either not eligible (and it states as such), or it doesn't say anything else, which probably means you are eligible but have to be 1/200,000 first people there.

Not sure what qualifies eligability, maybe those who've already downloaded the app?

Even though there don't appear to any restrictions on what you buy to be eligible for the free code, the following restrictions are shown in the T&Cs for how you subsequently spend it:

The promotional code may only be redeemed against items dispatched from and sold by Amazon at the Amazon UK website amazon.co.uk or Amazon App, but not against Amazon devices (Kindle, Echo, Fire devices), digital content, baby and infant formula, Amazon Gift Cards, delivery and handling charges, gift wrapping, Warehouse Deals or products sold by third-party sellers or products and services sold on any other website.

I think that's for the code you get out of the back of the deal, rather than what is considered an eligible spend in order to get the code in the first place. Could be worth clarifying with Amazon CS though.

It's reasonably typical to only be able to spend Amazon promo credit on things sold by Amazon.
