Probable silly question: would the sound be better on this than on an Echo Show 8?
It’s coming up as £89.99

Wasn't signed in.

But if I removed the Heather, and just had a single charcoal it went back to £89.

If I add both, they both go to 54.99

Ended up ordering both to get the price, I'll return one or make it a present....

So it's One heather... Or two of any colour (??)
(Two charcoal = £179, one heather = £54, heather plus another colour = £109. ?)

Only works for me if it's 2, with at least one of them heather. If I remove the other, the heather goes back to full price
I was trying to hold out to see if they released the 4 in Sept or Oct (which is the rough release pattern) - but I figure the new one will be a marginal increase in quality, full price at £80 and likely Amazon will drop the 3rd Gen to £55 to get rid anyhow....

That said, the 4 could end up being Sept/Oct 2021 too!

Had me umming and arring for a good 10 minutes, but gave in to temptation.
Heat 🔥
Ordered one charcoal at reduced price. Many thanks for posting. Heat 🙏
Great deal, but holding out for another reduction on the Plus version. Although, we could be in for a Plus gen 3 version this year.....or maybe just one all new echo, which simply adds the additional plus features into one package

Back to normal price again. Expect these to be normal price again everywhere for the next couple of weeks.
I'm still getting 55quid

Very tempting....but going to hold out for a deal on the plus or Studio.

Does anyone know if there is any battery pack to allow the Echo Studio to become portable? Please do let me know

Is there much improvement (sound wise) over the echo dot
Oh yes.....
....picked up a charcoal for £54.99.....scorcher op.....have some heat ;-) And to think, I just bought a 2nd gen one for £30 on FB yesterday, sound is amazing, but for this price, that's relisted and I'll have a new one ;-)
Always wanted a pair of these to replace my old hifi speakers, thanks op have some heat!
Does the 3rd generation perform better than the 1st generation in terms of recognising your voice from afar especially if you have music playing out of it?
Same price on Amazon now.
I currently have a Dot but play music on my old Play 1 over wifi. Would I be able to pair my Dot with one of these so I could play music via Sonos downstairs and this upstairs simultaneously? Thanks

Nope. Can't add the Sonos to an echo or the dot via a group
