If, like me, you missed out on the deals over Xmas and don't want to wait til the end of January to get one of these delivered then this is the best I could find. Have looked everywhere and none in stock but just come across this, at a decent price too.

Having mine delivered to a DPD pickup point tomorrow for £44.77 in total.

Go easy, my first post!

Cheaper than Amazon, in stock, don't have to wait a month for it. Thanks.

If you already waited over a year to buy one waiting a few extra weeks isn’t going to matter. Silly excuse for paying more.

It depends what you buy one for. If you are buying in just for the novelty of voice control then yes, it will wear off. If, like most people, you buy it to be the hub for a smart home then the novelty won't wear off as you will use it every day.
It’s the best price around right now, it just feels that as these were around the £35 mark almost everywhere for many weeks in the run up to Christmas, this now seems expensive by comparison, and will probably go cold!
Please don’t be put off from posting Daz409!

Been USING mine for months now, and "novelty" hasn't worn off for me because i didnt buy for the novelty of it.

although tbh, ill never get tired of "alexa tell me a joke"
Item overdue since 04 December 2017, yes cheaper than Amazon, however delivery is not free to Norther Ireland, for that reason I wanna vote cold - however since it's your first deal post I'll not vote cold

i use it to check my commute, my alarm, my reminders and as a replacement for my radio in the bedroom. it's also a night light now too. love it
Good wee product. I know the feeling about cold votes. One of mine is cold, not sure if readers take the time to read it's better spec model and cheapest it's been in at least 6 months in my case.
Cold. Just because it's the cheapest 'current' price, doesn't make it a deal or indeed worth the cost. If you're desperate to have one now, pay the high cost, if you can wait, it will get cheaper.
Thanks OP, you've helped at least 1 person. I have enough Echo devices at home but just purchased a couple (£42 each) for a friend who's been searching for quite a while. She was willing to pay £49.99 but didn't want to wait until the end of the month.
Hot from me as it seems like the best deal at the moment, although showing as pre-order now.
i dnt know what is point posting this, it was 34 few days ago am waiting for to come down from 34 to around 30 or 25 then i will get it
I have one on order but it's a present for someone and will arrive after their birthday. Am actually tempted by this, even though it's a few quid more than the one I have coming.
When it was on offer at £34.99 (likely to be again soon) for so long it begs the questions how people think that a week later > £40 can generate any sort of "deal"

Alexa’s cracker jokes were better than our actual cracker jokes!
CEX has A grade ones in stock £40 but you have to pay £1.50 for the post if less than £50
i have got a few things from them and most of the A grade stuff i have had has been new and unopened
also you get 2 years warranty

Sound isn't meant to be great, unlike the full size one this is meant to be used with a speaker.
