The ultimate in lazy and pointless.

Had one last Xmas...used it for 2 months( basically just for the novelty) and since then it' been gathering dust.

Ideal for lazy people who can' be bothered to get up off the sofa etc..more trouble than they're worth. (edited)

Finally not the bullet and bought one for the daughter. Paid with my point so only £1.50 cash.

Hope it is the right choice for a 10 year old... :/

Thanks for answering, almost order one from Amazon which is 99p more
  23. deleted684690's avatar
Good deal. For an extra .99p however I will get mine delivered by Amazon rather than queue at Tesco collection point only to be told it's not in yet (contrary to the texts you get). I'm not saying Amazon brilliant but had this happen twice at Tesco recently. After wasting time trying to collect you get OOS email.. Appreciate if you have clubcard vouchers might be worth the hassle. Thanks for posting in any case as can't argue it's cheaper than Am. (If they have it in stock

Well I'm having the same thought getting one for my 85 year old Dad, he's always asking my brother to lookup things for him on the internet (Help with crosswords etc..) and thought this would help him. Plus for your daughter why don't you get the 3 months of Amazon music for £3 set up? Sure she'd love that. Here's the link hotukdeals.com/dea…325 (edited)

Yeah, I signed up already. The reduced price of the dot was the deal breaker. Not sure what else she’ll use it for though...

Great idea for your dad; never thought of it as tool for those who are less technologically inclined

Yeah Amazon and Google are in an arms race for market share (get the product into homes). They both could probably go cheaper maybe even give them away!

Have to agree. I know 3 people who have bought one in the last year and none of them bother using it anymore and one reason why I'm not biting yet either.
