Why would you have a right to claim something if you don’t even fulfill the correct conditions?
So... do you get Spotify or not. Has anyone purchased, received the email receipt and entered the code?

As I read it this product qualifies as it comes under smart home. The £49 is in the next sentence and only applies to audio products. Arguably this is an audio product I know but still the terms are pretty clear to me.

BTW the Input is potentially a throw away item; 6 months Spotify for £14.99 is a bargain in itself. Could even sell the Input on eBay and get some money back.

Can you do the opposite sell the 6 months Spotify and keep the input?

I bought a qualifying product (xbox game) for £4.99 (that's four quid and nine-nine new pence) online and got the Spotify code via email; game still sitting it's box as I don't own an xbox but now happy listening to Spotify Premium until next April.

BTW I already have an Echo Input in my 10 yr old VW Golf which when linked to my mobile hotspot gives me Spotify in the car.
I’ve just checked the terms here and it says you have to be a new Spotify account holder, so I guess you would need to create a new email if you already have Spotify?

Yes that's correct and use a different card to setup payment. You can cancel immediately Premium is up and running.

It says "any qualifying product" PLUS any audio product above £49 pounds. The "plus" is the key word - so you have to but this echo input AND an audio product above £49 pounds.
Ok, I stand corrected .. i've just rung Currys (yeah, i'm that guy ) and they have indeed verified that this product does qualify on it's own ..
