Thanks, @jamie15 - been after one of these for a while, but never bit the bullet. Hard not to with the £10 Audible credit looming around

You're welcome This is the best Prime Day deal I've posted so far I think!
No black though?😡

There is currently an error with Prime Day deals where items are not showing their discounted prices properly. I already had a live chat concerning this with another item. This deal is valid and showing up on the deals section of Amazon so I'd recommend that you wait a while until the issue is fixed
ok cool thanks for that

Yeah did for me but has corrected itself now xx
Can I plug an actual Echo dot into an external speaker in the same way? for £7 more, I might prefer to do that.
Thanks, wanted white for the kitchen
Answered my own question: I found the info on the echo dot page:
  • You can also connect to your own speakers over Bluetooth or with a 3.5 mm audio cable.
I think I'd rather have the flexibility.
Then again, I might just use a Fire tablet instead of both, connect to a speaker and put it on show mode?

This is only £14.99 and very small so if you are using it just to connect to speakers then this is the best option. Fire tablet is not a great option as it's not designed to be s permanent smart speaker, when Echo Show 5 is only £49.99 that is the best option if you want an Alexa device with a screen.

Nice one I think this would have stacked with Amazon Assistant and MasterCard promos too, since price before discount is £34.99.

Yeah, sadly I couldn’t be bothered to create a new account for the Assistant offer, and I’d already used it some time ago. The recent offer for the £10 off ended at midnight last night, too

I have quite a few accounts with both offers. My primary account has a few hundred pounds in GC balance, including the £50 from Thread Of The Year, and I have quite a bit of promo balance on quite a few accounts. I thought I'd be able to blow it all on Prime Day but there is nothing I really want at the moment!

Yeah, it’s definitely not one of the best Prime Days we’ve seen. Some nice reductions on their devices and a few scattered ‘alright’ prices, but nothing mind blowing, is it?

Amazon Device deals are always good, but apart from that there isn't much I thought at least PS+ and Xbox Live would be half decent but the deals are absolutely rubbish.

I’m more than happy with the Input for a fiver, and I picked up yet another Dot for £12. Serious case of don’t need, must have
