Low price but low specs. Might be ok for younger children, but note that even some basic games won't be available due to low screen resolution.
same price direct from Amazon
Got this last time it Was on offer omgggg itsss soooo sloowwww I returned as it was annoying me
I have this encrypt ed.
No idea why after turning off auto updates, tablet restarting by itself once or twice in a month
My 96 year old nan can get onto a browser open Google and look something up quicker than this tablet. And she doesn’t even know how computers work!

Slowest tablet ever. Or smarter nan some would say.
The world's slowest tablet. Has anyone found a way to get Play Store on to the latest version as the selection from Amazon app store is very poor.

The irony is the production name for the 2019 fire 7 is Mustang.

Had one for a while, used it once as it is as you say the slowest tablet. I will have a play today see if I can reset it and maybe find a use for it, perhaps as a bit of packing for something, really is that bad for anyone thinking of buying it.
At the very least get it from Amazon so you can easily return it when you realise just how bad it is.

@amour3k...its was from last prime day offers they had. Sorry I should have said promo offer not vouchers. They had 30 quid deal (£10 off) for shopping on prime now spend over £40 u get a tenner off. Thankfully had a tenner left to use up so that and about £8 quid of food bits which are on a buy 5 or 10 items (qet a fiver or tenner off on selected items) got me down to £27 an few pence. Got total of £15 off with free delivery on top gotta love Amazon at times like this.

It is sooo slow but my kids use this the slowness doesn't bother them... one finally broke after almost 4 years of use an abuse so replacing. Would def never pay full price for one of these better to pay bit extra an get more decent one. Or wait till black fri might come.down to less then it's current price as it seems the 8gb versions are now oboslete on Amazon.
What exactly do you expect for £35 hardly going to be top of the range.
Daughter uses hers for videos and YouTube.
Getting the play store on is a 4 part process, but adds considerably more games to play.

You're right. Amazon use to have a better range far more pricy but they must not sold well. They were solid devices for the money. I still got a fire hdx 7 that's better specs than current range. Best part with current tablet is it's not an unknown brand so plenty support and online community for help. Great for young kids or for in a garden shed while working away since they're disposable at current price.

Minecraft is slow to load on it but will run ok after in game. Turning of fancy graphics, lower how many chucks ahead to load and smooth lighting helps and mostly go unnoticed by most kids.
