This is the best price I've seen. The new ones from Argos have a stand in them which is great for the kids and is easier for them to use

All the 'kids edition' 2019 fire tablets have this case with built in stand - its a standard part of the 'kids edition'. We got it from amazon on a similar deal about 6 months ago.

Worth pointing out 'fire kids' subscription is £20 a year once the free year runs out. Note if you have another fire tablet (like we did - a 2017 model) buying the kids edition gave us fire kids on both tablets for the year which was a nice bonus!
Still can't put YouTube Kids on it from what I've read - massive negative point in my opinion.

I’m seeing it as more than 20 quid a year. I have two kids so the cheapest way I’m seeing it is a family plan at £79 a year. Can anyone see the renewal cheaper?

Quote from above website:

"Until we find a concrete way to install YouTube Kids onto the Child profile on your device, we recommend creating a separate Adult profile for them, complete with a PIN, for use with YouTube Kids. "

Not what most parents want. You might as well get a stand Fire 7 and save the extra if you are going to do this.

I also have 2 kids with these, cheapest way to maintain access is to buy 1 new one each year and ebay the old one, each device has a 2 year warranty so it times well for replacement. your looking at £20-30/year assuming you buy in black friday pricing and sell the old one on.
