There's a matter of tax, which we should all care about.

Thanks for posting the Amazon deal. I bought it & signed up for Prime at the same time. I've got the old (non 4k) Fire Box & it's fine but I want to get the most out of my Disney+ subscription. Also Justified is on Prime and that alone 'justified' the deal.

Regarding tax, do I like what Amazon get away with? No. Are Amazon a modern fact of life? Sadly yes.
oh dear, it was £29.99 a while back in March I think from Currys. My daughter and I bought 2 each, her friend purchased 2 also just in case it went up in price. Just glad I did now. It may go down in price again if you can wait.

Typical HUKD’r buying more than you need when it comes up on offer and ironically spending more on the product than its original price
Before you sprout off complaining about people buying too much. I bought 2, one downstairs and other for upstairs. My daughter who doesn't live with me bought for the same reason. Her friend the same. If you don't know facts please keep your opinion to yourself.

If you're on holiday, why not take the one you use at home? Or does the cat need it to watch Street Cat Bob while you're out.

If I had a cat then yes the cat would need to watch something whilst we are away

... But no as I said "family holiday" meaning one for the adults one for the kids

Ah, I see.
So you don't have to spend too much time with your children while on your family holiday.
Absolute disaster if you had sit in the same room as the brats.
Do they not have television in the hotels you go to?
Parent of the year.

Your kids might be brats but mine aren't thank you.. so please take your judgemental negative feedback elsewhere.. and yes they have TVs in the hotel but if and when we want to do a movie night in then we have options .. but you carry on being keyboard warrior of the decade
I see lockdown getting to some people already. So what if a person wants to buy 2, the matter is why do you care. She has given valid reasons (don't see why she had to either just to satisfy your complaining), but if your not happy she got it cheaper than price now, get over it. That is soooo sad. Have you really nothing better to do

Great deal if you can't wait. If you can wait this will probably be £5 or £10 cheaper still within a few months or so.
