Add the Amazon product to your basket and once you have booked the delivery slot (cheapest is £1 or free c+c for some) add code SCSSEONOV18 (£18 off new account code) which works out at £53 delivered.

Cough cough, both awful.(Mobdro is okay on a phone to be fair)

Work brilliantly on all devices for me!

Whereas Kodi just turned into an endless parade of broken add ons and repos.

Another TOP HIT . Thanks guru

This product is unavailable

Worked for me! Bargain.

Wish this deal was a few weeks back. Just bought a fire stick but they're a bit slow with only having 1gb of ram.

Says product not available

Heat added though I don't need nor will I buy

Is there any point in buying this if you plan on buying a 4k smart tv in the near future anyway? Since they have 4k tv apps too?

Yeah, buy a 4k non smart TV and buy this as the smart feature.

Isn't it quite rare to find 4k tele's that aren't also smart too though is what i mean?

Most Smart TVs only have some apps, it’s rare for them to have ALL of the main ones.

Also they won’t have Kodi, unless it’s a Sony one with their flawed Android implementation

Yes. Built in Smart functions normally suck. They may be fully supported at launch but a couple of years later they get desupported and/or deleted.

Also a box like this will have more power to deliver a slicker experience.

Does this have a ethernet port for 4k hdr streaming or do you have to rely on wifi?

Ordered many thanks

if I have a fire stick with Kodi - is it worth making the upgrade?

Cheers Chan ordered

A 4K HDR Player without Ethernet, lol. Amazon you muppets. This is a complete mess compared to the last gen box.

What if your hdmi sockets are down the side of the tv like most are, you'll see the box.

It will show if your local Sainsbury's has stock (if no stock then you get the product unavailable message).

Only thing I would suggest is make sure you are logged in. If the link is not working manually search 'fire'

have to agree.. so far their fire tv and fire stick products have been great... this on the other hand is their first mistake... its just supposed to hang down ??? no ethernet ?? very strange design.... i have 3 normal fire tv's , i wouldn't think these are an upgrade...

Have to use click and collect then select store and then select from that store.
This is much smoother than the firestick have both and ordered another box as whole family use them

Is this worth having without a 4k TV?

Kodi is still as popular as ever if not still on the rise.
Mobdro is good on mobiles or tablets but nasty on the big screen, hence why most people have moved to IPTV.
Showbox and MovieHD are both good calls to use along side Terrarium.

They do an ethernet adapter for those without ac WiFi. But I use 4k on ac WiFi no problems. Plus it's 60fps 4k and not 30fps like the last 2 gens.

It is WiFi but if you have a decent router supporting ac then this shouldn't be an issue. Otherwise it's £15 for an ethernet adapter. I bought this from Very for £40 using a £30 discount voucher code.

so you have the box and an ethernet adaptor hangin out the back of you tv, which could be wall mounted, and unlike ezzer (who seems to troll a lot of threads btw) will look nice and slick and tidy would be a mess with this box. Means another cable to route in the wall. What if you want optical out too? Another adaptor? Spaghetti junction.

A box for the polaroid tv masses by the looks whereas the last gen box was surprising a high end piece of kit that (for those that use kodi for what its meant for, i.e a media center) decoded pretty much anything.

Great to have the extra video options but everything else is is a shambles. Theres talk of another box in the works with all these issues corrected, so ill wait for that. I think this is the ultimate replacement for the firestick and not the tv box.

Answered your own complaints there. This is in essence a 4K Firestick.
4K can be streamed via WiFi so that isn’t exactly a huge issue.
The unit can be stuck via Velcro to the back of the TV. Exactly what I’ve done with the 1st and 2nd Gen boxes on 2 different TVs.

I have a 2nd gen fire stick....is this much of an upgrade on that please?

Thanks OP. Ordered.
I have the original box and have been looking to upgrade to 4k hdr and dolby atmos since I recently purchased a new tv and receiver. Does seem very minimalistic in terms of ports but as long as the wireless connection is good I can't see that I'll have any issues(plus there is the ethernet adapter). It will be being plugged directly into my receiver for atmos so won't be dangling from my tv.

Only got terrarium yesterday but it looks like it's already on its way out 😣 website has been taken down and is now not being supported. Dev said taking a break. But I don't think he will return to support it. IPTV unreliable for me so struggling to find anything decent at the minute. I don't mind change as I'm quite technical. But setting up old family members with Kodi. Then that breaks. Terrarium TV then that goes down FFS

Or just own a decent router with ac. Cables are ugly and not needed for 4k streaming. Im actually happy I don't have an extra box. This just sits nicely behind the TV and does everything the old boxes did and adds additional functionality. I'm sure a lot of people are happy they don't have an extra box and cables. I basically have 30fps more, hdr and dolby atmos in a smaller package and don't have to use a cable. Why wouldn't I be happy?

Try booking click and collect slot first then add fire tv to your basket then enter code ....if the store you have chosen does not have stock to collect repeat the process choosing next closet store....

What problems are you having with IPTV mate? I bought a subscription back in July or so, it's never skipped a beat.
