Prime is utter rubbish, still waiting for delivery 2 failed deliveries no attempt at all, another now next Wednesday

How is a free trial a deal?

Make sure to complain to customer services. They will add a month of prime on to your existing membership for each failed delivery.

Thats usually when they use their own logistics otherwise it works fine. Ive also just had a fake delivery attempt , again with their own logistics.

Because you’re getting a month free of a service that you normally pay for

I don't see this as being worthy of this site.... You can just ask them for a trial and if you don't have prime they will give you one.

I just don't see it being a 'special' offer, they practically give it away all year round.

Also with regards to customer service, complain and receive 30 days free Prime, tell them you are not happy with that and most of the time receive a free £5 promo credit instead.

I ordered an item which never arrived and i never received an email, asked to speak to manager, he agreed it was ridiculous, he refunded me my entire £79.99 prime membership AS WELL as the money for the item.

So stick it in the free section then

Prime is generally rubbish for next day delivery at this time of year, you have to allow up to 3 days for "next day delivery". The rest of the year there's no problem.

My bad, I didn’t realise there was even such a sectio

I've placed two orders on my current Prime trial. Neither were dispatched within 24 hours let alone delivered.

Tip: if you have an account at Amazon that you need prime on (eg. you have a large gift certificate balance to use up) & have not had a prime trial on it for 6 months BUT it's not offering you a free trial, create a brand new account to get 30 days prime on THEN add your other account to it, as part of the prime family feature

It's ridiculous what you can get from Amazon for nothing when you are a Prime Member. If you order enough and don't get deliveries when you should then complain and you'll easily get free months added. I pay £79 every two because of this. This week alone I've had £30 credit, a free month and two free orders including a CD player. Always buy straight from Amazon even if it's a little more expensive and complain the very next day when something is late. They only have themselves to blame Amazon Logistics are terrible.

I had a delivery last week in the evening and it had full tracking and i could even see that the driver was across the road.Very accurate. I was even able to open the door just as he was walking towards it. I dont know if it was a trial as had 3 deliveries since and it did not give me the map option again.
