But if they all go into the same holder, then doesn't that increase the likelihood of cross contamination, especially if they're not cleaned properly?

they dont touch - they are held in place :-)

But obviously basic cleanliness required....

Thanks. Just seemed a bit of a strange one...

Thank you very much. I've been looking for a cheap one of these and this is perfect! I notice this is reduced as well.

Excellent price,

I must NOT buy this, I must NOT buy this, I must NOT buy this!!!!

haha the video, the need to invest in some sharp knives for the meat, and cook the eggs a bit less and use fresher eggs to save the black lines on the yolk!

nice, ordered. The wife will think i've done something wrong.

I'm now £19.94 poorer.... Thanks! But heat added !

Thanks my mum is a fan of This make, so just ordered one for her for Mother's Day and one for me

Likewise!!

Please note these are the small ones on offer
The large ones are shown in the video so you wouldnt be able to fit a whole steak (As in the video onto it)

Paid £18.94 (minus £1 for student discount).

I've been after these Joseph Joseph boards for ages. I know they are expensive for what they are, but the colours...

(Plus I have other wooden chopping boards for more heavy duty needs)

They are the original sized ones (not particularly small) but they do now do a 'large edition' :-)

They are a nice idea, but 30cm x 20cm is actually a rather small surface area for chopping on - am going to resist these even though they are a bargain ;-)

£20 for 4 plastic boards..... I can here the dragons den crew laughing now.

Anyhow in that video she uses the same knife to cut all the produce, just saying...

I've had a set for a while, they look amazing but aren't overly knife proof so end up very marked with lines on them whenever you cut on them. Wouldn't be too discouraged - just don't expect them to last/look good for long.... could always use them as an ornament! (still voted hot btw)

Each to their own :-)

I love the brand and loves these. Would never pay full price but at this kind of price i'd be pleased.

Good price but mine haven't lasted long before looking pretty horrible. My set includes a white one which looks especially minging

That's probably why the advance ones are all dark gray with just coloured edges and tabs :-)

Ain't that the truth !

What's so amazing about them? I want to get them as a gift for my Lady Wife (who is a proper kitchen troll), but fear she will just laugh at me spending so much on small plastic chopping boards...

or he could explain to us all right here :-)

Bamboo is what you want for a chopping board. Stronger than steel and water resistant. I have ten year old boards that look almost new. Lidls do great ones couple of times a year.

Or one could go to Google, type "NUS Amazon" and in a matter of seconds be at amazon.co.uk/gp/…300 which has all the information one could need.

I've been looking at the Joseph ones for a while, but being cheap I bought the £6.99 Home Bargains Version:

http://www.plastic-products-china.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/xys-0211.jpg

I've had these about 6 months and they are VERY scratched, anyone had a set of Joseph ones for any length of time that can comment on the scratching? If they are as bad as the cheap ones I may as well just buy another set of those.

Bargain :-)
