Just purchased, spoke to CS on chat and asked for the £10 to be applied. They quoted the 28th Feb end date and would not apply the £10 voucher.

This deal was previously £10 and voted hot hot hot. Now it's £2 cheaper! It's like free money!
Apparently the £10 back offer ended at the end of Feb?

Apparently the £10 back offer ended at the end of Feb?

I just used the promo a week ago, I thought so too but the promotion was still coming up in the little drop down menu near the price.

I've also used this recently. It looks like it's on going until they've sold their quota. Maybe that's why they've dropped the price
How do you get the £10 back offer?

Brilliant.. That's just what I wanted to hear
What can I buy that's "normal" in the sports nutrition section and isn't just for roid ragers?

Me either.. looks like the price drop to £8 is because the promotional £10 offer has finished...
Says it in the description. Surely they'd remove it if it wasn't still going on?
Processed rubbish - glass of water and a couple of bananas!
Purchased but can’t see my £10 back? Hmmm..

Just talk to CS and they will manually add it back on. They did so for me.

Did you get the £10 credit the second time? Small print says once per customer so I'm not sure whether to buy again.

Product description says either the 28th Feb or until they have sold 10,000 units
There is no "Promotion" message near the top of the page, just some old info Amazon "forgot" to remove from the product description.

Peanut butter is what we brought. Contents of sample box was useless to us
It's a fairly good box. The bars and the 4 grenade tabs are worth the cost. Might grab another tbh
I think Im gonna stay out of this one, the whole "sports" or "protein" versions of chocolate bars like the "Milkyway Protein" and "Snickers Protein" included in the bundle was covered on watchdog a while ago, and they proved there to be little difference in them and nearly no benefits of eating them over a regular bar. It was basically a big marketing ruse to get health buffs on their side and charge them more for the same thing basically. Before buying anything like this I'd research each item individually, it may even be cheaper to buy it seperately.

Cant even find online chat now? They hide it so you don’t bother
Available "Open box" for £5.85!
Don’t think the £10 would be given so just cancelled my order.
It won't let me buy one as I previously bought one in February 😔
Be warned that the bars in these packs are pretty much tasteless chewy slabs of protein.
Don't think "Oh Snickers that's good for me, that'll be nice" because it won't be nice
Good job
I bought on the 20th of March and received the £10 added to my account next day.

No real surprise; you just have to look at any supermarket aisle nowadays and see a good proportion of the products advertising themselves as 'high protein.' Many people who lack information equate 'high protein' as meaning healthy and intrinsically linked to any given health goal they covet (losing weight, improving at sport, building muscle), without understanding the amount of protein already in their diet and whether their goal requires an additional input of protein. Naturally, the food / advertising industry have jumped all over this.

Didn't see the Watchdog so can't comment specifically, but the macros are easily comparable:

Protein version vs normal (weighted for a 51g bar)
10g of sugar vs 26g
18g of protein vs 4g
7g of fat vs 12g
18g of carbs vs 32g
199 calories vs 242

Those are fairly significant differences. Of course, it's still not as healthy as a lot of other things, there's still a fair amount of sugar in them but if you're going to have a chocolate bar it's almost certainly more beneficial than the normal version.

The benefit would be eating less sugar/fat/carbs and more protein. How this fits into your diet though is another question. For these sorts of things you'd need to be at a stage where every macro you put into your body is controlled and monitored.

That being said, it's a bit misleading to suggest there's no difference.
Purchased.. Not too hopeful on that £10??? Anyone get it?

Anything that's in that sample box.
Nothing about protein bars or BCAA powder is exclusive to "roid ragers".
Spoke to an advisor via chat on Amazon, explained that I was unsure whether the £10 promotional discount offer was still valid. I was told it wasn't but as a valued customer I can get £5 discount on the item, so I ended up paying £3 for a box delivered

Got it when I used my other halfs account and used it on a shake mix. Trying it again on my account.
