When an item says: "The item may come repackaged. Factory Sealed." what do they mean? Which is it? Anyone bought from warehouse before?

Bought a few things and returned a few things...they didn't seem to check if the item was fully working. Luck of the draw I would say.

You're best waiting for black Friday, camping outside ASDA overnight, then when the store opens kick and punch as many people as you can to get to the Polaroids first.
Good spot. Thank you
second Twinkles comment they simply don't check the state of the things before they send them out - got a cutting machine with over 1/2 the bits missing making it useless and had to send it back

worst bit was the box had a check list of included items on the top clear as day, would have taken minutes to check it
Sadly ASDA is not having any black friday sales this year
These are usually a good buy - sometime tatty boxes / repackaged so not always ideal for presents. You can get really lucky and get brand new. You are covered by the Amazon warranty so if its not right / worse than described etc. you can normally return for free (but not always!)

Amazon description is:

Amazon Warehouse Deals | Deep Discounts on Used & Open-Box Products
Amazon Warehouse Deals offers open-box, customer returned and warehouse damaged merchandise, at deeply discounted prices, with all the benefits of Amazon.co.uk fulfillment and customer service.

I have never been lucky. Ordered a few Like new things and both had clearly been used and damaged not sure how they do the grading. Also some of amazons chat will try and fob you off saying its not part of amazon other will just refund you straight away.

have some heat.....
I'd say most of the amazon warehouse deals are in as good as or better condition than they state. However totally agree they don't seem to check what's wrong with things.
I swear by Amazon Warehouse, used and open box generally means IMO a customer has bought an item (new), opened and thought "na" and returned it. I've saved £100's over the years with this service. Worst case scenario is you're not happy, just use the free 30 day return for full refund, no harm done.
I once bought an LG TV that was just over £90 cheaper than new because it was missing "accessories", turns out it was missing 3 screws to fix the stand to the TV, nipped out to the garage, 3 screws, job done.
other than the 30 day returns policy, are the amazon warehouse products guaranteed for 12 months? i carnt seem to see anything on site about it
Sorry not clear on how to get the 10% off. Just tried adding a laptop and going through to checkout stage.. no discount! Is there a code, certain products only, or is it account specific?
didn't work on LG G3:

Order Summary
Items: £168.11
Postage & Packing: £3.99
Total: £172.10
Promotion Applied: -£3.99
Order Total: £168.11
No code, I added a monitor went straight through to checkout and discount was there. Seems it must be selected products indeed.
Or maybe just excluded laptops/tablets/phones?

Yeah, I bought a food processor from warehouse deals, unused, it developed a fault after 11 month, got a refund with free collection without hassle. Amazon are usually good with stuff like that

I would only buy cheap things as SOGA will not help you out on warehouse deals.

Well SOGA won't be helping anyone out because it got superseded by the Consumer Rights Act on 1st October 2015, different beast altogether.

That's a bit of an overreaction just for a cheap TV
Not much of a discount if you have been checking warehouse deals.
I was looking at the magnifica coffee machine there is one on warehouse deals which was £180-£184 but its now gone up to £202 this morning so with the discount it's around the original warehouse price!

Never had a problem with the quality of items!
Bought a Russell Hobbs combi built in microwave for £92 from Amazon Warehouse Deals approx 6 months ago. It was classed as USED - VERY GOOD but it was actually BRAND NEW, in original box with all the relevant packaging undisturbed. £70 cheaper than Amazon's 'new' price! Looked to me like it had just been refused at the door by a customer! Made up with it!

Is it still listed as the same condition? It might have been bought and the listing replaced with one in better condition hence the higher price. I've been keeping my eye on a steam cleaner, and it's the same price today as it was the past week so I don't think they've increased the price on everything if they have.

There is no 'new design' of the PS4, just some minor tweaks internally that make it more energy efficiency, and run slightly quieter due less heat.
