It's not the length it's the girth that's important.
Since when has 4” been classed as short!

We have both and have also found the braided one much better. Both equally do just as good if not better than the Genuine Apple ones, and of course at a fraction of the price.
IMO - Much better off buying the Anker PowerLine II cables with a lifetime guarantee for a few pound more

It’s probably not MFi Certified. Since iOS 10 Apple is purposely doIng this with non genuine accessories including headphone jack adapter.

Yeah Apple designed a chip with no other purpose than to make money by charging extra and making money from third party manufacturers making "certified" leads.

Immoral in my opinion.
I've used this for over a year now and it works perfectly. Got the longer version (1.8m) and can't fault it. No MFI certified issues either so would highly recommend the amazon basic ones.
Sold as mfi certified seems ok with my iPad but not wife's iPhone 6
Got a black one of these for the mrs and lasts longer than the white one , so she is pleased

Well it works best for when ur out n about and it’s in your coat pocket connected to a mini power bar , also that can keep your hand warm at the same time
Perfect for carrying with your powerbank. I keep 1 of each cable with my ravpower 26k mAh battery

Okay but what if you need to use your phone? Sure you can keep plugging and unplugging it but that's slowly gonna detiriate the quailty of the socket.
Although looking a little silly but can still use and hold the power bar on the back of the phone while taking a call no probs

How do you make use of the lifetime warranty? I have an Anker charger cable and it's completely destroyed and stopped working but don't know what to do? I was just going to buy this charger but then I saw your comment so not sure what to do now
