I'm really confused how this all metal pan is only rated to 204. That's definitely what it says on the blurb though. I reckon I'll give it a go, been meaning to get one for a while.

Q And A section on the site says 'yes'.
What does pre-seasoned mean? Surely it doesn't have salt and pepper mixed in?

Pre-seasoned means a coating of wax or vegetable oil has been applied to prevent the cookware--usually cast iron--from rusting while it sits on store shelves or in the warehouse.

Was curious myself too

Could be an error instead of 240 it’s saying 204 :/
Price increased now.

Yes - suited to induction and pre seasoned should mean that food should not stick so readily although remember that heat is still required to form a crust on the food for it not to stick - so not the same as non stick Teflon or ceramic etc.
38cm looks tempting!!
Remember to heat these up gently or you will risk warping the base.

Does. I’ve got a couple of pans that prove it.

Has anyone bought this to confirm whether 204 or 240?
