This motherboard is a very good deal if you're looking for an entry level motherboard for AMD Ryzen and you want to overclock.
The price is unbeatable, and the motherboard is very good quality, at least that's what most tech channels that have used this motherboard say.

Does uk prime work on .de ?

Would this accept Ryzen 5 CPUs and what specific ram would be needed?

(I'm new to all this so forgive the basic questions)

This would accept all Ryzen CPUs.
RAM may be a different story, usually motherboards right now can support most of the mainstream RAM like Corsair, Kingston etc. It may be wise to see RAM/Ryzen compatibilty lists, as some RAM modules MAY work on certain motherboards only.

You'd need a Amazon.de account with Amazon Prime on it, which is simple if you just activate the trial and cancel any further subscriptions. Delivery to UK will probably be like usual Amazon products (without prime) as it ships from another country, but the price matters here

I, however, do not understand all the cold points on this.
On amazon.co.uk the same motherboard will cost you around 110-120 pounds.

you can log in with uk-account but have to sign up for prime trial there.

The only minefield should be Mobo/Ram compatability. Every decent B350 and almost every X370 motherboard has bios updates that support most of the ram used today.
This motherboard is pretty good. With the price and with the compatability.

We have a divided community, some are AMD fans, some Intel. They can be counted on to down vote hardware from their opposing clan, whether it's a bargain or not.

That's dumb. If it's a deal then it's a deal, for whichever platform it may be.

Yep, I have both, when I need a new PC, I look at prices and specs, then buy whatever makes most sense.
