This won't be in store and will sell out quickly as similar machines are normally around the £500 mark. Bean-to-cup coffee machines are all the rage, and coffee doesn't get fresher than grinding it yourself. This manual machine does both, sort of, and steams milk with ease. You can even warm your cups on the top!

Grind, pack, pump water, espresso!

The only downside is that it doesn't come with a milk jug and has no self-cleaning option. Old school. Though it is really easy to clean coffee machines, so don't worry about hat too much.

"Create barista style coffee from the comfort of your own home with this Espresso Maker With Integrated Grinder. Impress those around you by creating the perfect cappuccino after dinner. This espresso coffee machine can make either a single or double shot of espresso and with an attached steam tube, you can make all your coffee shop favourites at home!"

Coffee machine with integrated Grindr?
I suppose it sorts out the first date 🤷
Looks like a Sage knock-off :/ Wouldn’t trust this personally, considering how much an espresso relies on good equipment. Considering how similar it looks I guess it could be manufactured by Breville under Aldi’s brand name but then who knows with Aldi. I can imagine the grinder on it would be terrible though; they’re not even great on the more expensive Sage machines with built in grinders. Far better option, pick up a Sage Duo Temp Pro from John Lewis and with the remaining cash get a half decent adjustable burr hand grinder or wait a little and get a decent electric burr grinder 🏼
I’m tempted but have really gone off Aldi and Lidl electrical products even with the 3 year warranty one time I couldn’t find the receipt another it took 4 attempts to get a working battery charger and had trouble with a pressure washer that I ended up just putting up with
Not a great 1st review!

Which? and Real Homes give it a thumbs up. But whatever, I am just making people aware that it is on offer.
Just ordered one. Doubt if its a 'knock off'. Most likely just re-branded at a fraction of the price. Just one poor review on their website by someone that perhaps didn't use it properly. Read other reviews of similar machines and they do have a common theme of having to 'tweak' the settings in order to get the right result.
Overall it looks like a great machine, with a very good 3 year warranty at a very competitive price. Looking forward to getting mine.
@Akira_Cat , this isn't a bean to cup, it's a manual machine with built-in grinder so you might want to change that for anyone that doesn't realise

It's alot of money to spend on an untested machine.

If spending this kind of money just get a delonghi bean 2 cup or as mentioned above a sage and manual grinder

Which haven't tested this machine have they?

You immediately followed that with "this machine does both" which it doesn't. You might not have meant it but it is what you said

The Sage machines are also erroneously described the same way, to appeal to that certain type of consumer (the lazy ones).

This is kind of interesting. It's not a rebranded anything that I recognise, nothing to do with Breville\Sage. Has PID which is impressive. Wouldn't spend £300 on this even if I was interested in buying one. Would need to drop sub-£200 instead.

I like their "next generation fully automatic" which still isn't automatic.

Not a great 1st review!

Pretty impressive, although slightly complex response
Poorly reviewed, I also know someone who bought this and took it straight back. Just buy a grinder (£40) and an espresso pump coffee maker (£90-150ish)

Absolutely fair enough. It does seem a bit steep.

"Waitrose coffee" is mentioned, sounds fishy

For a good bean to cup machine , this would be good, but for a bad one it’s very expensive. You’ve got nothing to lose, give it a go and if it doesn’t work simply get a refund. However, for the money, I’d buy a De’Longhi grinder and a pump espresso coffee machine with a milk steamer on

Coffee lovers are very particular over their favourite coffees; just because theyve bought from ALDI, doesn’t mean he can’t buy his/her coffee from Waitrose......
For the money you’d be better off having this I found this De’Longhi ESAM 2800 Cafe Corso Bean to Cup Coffee Machine, while browsing the Argos Mobile app:

I would never buy a bag of coffee beans that does not have on it roast date. Supermarkets have use by date.

To each his own.

I saw that. What an amazingly terrible machine. So incapable of pushing water through an espresso grind the pressure rocketed. Amazed the machine didn't blow up. One day it will.

Not "cheap" if it can't even pull a shot without over pressurising

Just watched it, will leave link for people who didn’t.

Aldi gadgets have gone massively downhill in recent years - poor quality control, products more prone to breaking and less of a quality "finish". Therefore, I'm steering clear of this one. It also looks like a cheap knockoff, they should have given it a more premium finish @ £300. Lidl's does this type of thing better.
