Crap PC not worth £500!
Not a gaming PC, not an adequate PC.

That CPU is a Bristol Ridge one, from the Piledriver family, and will perform like a dog.

Review techspot.com/rev…00/ of a significantly faster member of the same family shows this, against Intel's previous 7000 generation, and AMD's newer Ryzen generation.

Old, dead, junk.

GPU is pathetic, not for gaming IRL.
Whats worth looking at? So much choice!!!

Try do some research but this pc is awful
Compared to my old chuffer it appears mighty.......................
Mine is a 4gb, AMD Athalon x3!! From 2011, ancient.
Cop this:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
3.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 332MHz
512MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS

Best thing to do is put some time into researching individual components and what's good atm, especially with the GPU and CPU, and then build your own. Might sound intimidating but it's pretty simple these days, there's literally a YouTube video to walk you through each and every stage. It'll take a while to get up to speed with what's good and what the typical prices are but you can use tools like PCpartpicker to check current prices and compatibility before finalising on a build.

As people have said this is a pretty poor specification for a gaming PC and it's significantly overpriced for what you get.
Does it come with a handle to crank start it?
If you do not fancy building your own, I have always found DinoPC reasonable and a solid company.

For a similar price, you could get dinopc.com/cus…-pc - but I would pay an extra £200+ and get a GeForce 1060 to go with it.

They often have sales on too - so woirth looking out for one
To be honest - i'm still running an i5 2500k with a 1060 and have no problems with 1080p gaming ... runs everything still. I keep looking to upgrade, but do not see the point just yet.

The legendary 2500K.

If you.bought a 2600K from CEX you'd be sorted for a while again. Cheap way to.upgrade.
Why is this not a gaming PC?

Is more than capable of running everything in DosBOX..

Do the tape mod to overclock the Q6600 to 3GHz, a trip to CEX for 8Gb of ram (£20) and something like a GTX 660ti (£60) and you will have a surprisingly capable gaming rig.
