I bought this last week with a £20 discount with some different spec choices (I'm not a gamer but have some very specific requirements ).
Different case - Changed motherboard - selected no storage as had my own .
Got the expected up sell emails which I declined.
Ordered on a Friday - delivered Thursday the following week.
    I ordered a CIT 500 80+ Bronze - they fitted a 700 "Builder" PSU.
(The replacement is fairly quiet and runs no more expensive power wise than my previous PC 450w 80+ PSU so am ok with it for now)
RAM was different brand to original order but similar specs I think,
As Windows was included , when ordering I asked them for a key so I could install it myself (Yes, I know I can obtain them very cheaply elsewhere but wanted to get everything I ordered ) but despite another email , I haven't heard back from them on this , in the last week.
I was actually able to swap my NVME with old Windows install into it so got up and running without having to wait for them, but not impressed with their aftersales follow up. (edited)

They sold me a horrible thermaltake psu when I bought a system a few years back. Would be careful with these no name psus under heavy load

I have a question about Palicomp:

Do you get all of the parts that weren't used in the build? i.e. additional cables that would normally be supplied with the motherboard or PSU.

    Thank you.

I bought one of these last November 2022

Note as shipped the motherboard does NOT include wi fi.

To get wi fi you have to change the Motherboard to the ASUS PRIME B550M-A (WIFI)

But note this is £75 extra.

Also note it ships with Windows 10/11 Home but it is worth paying the £20 extra to get Windows Pro.

It is worth it if only to be able to control when Windows install updates.

With "Home" you have little control over when Windows installs its updates but with "Pro" you can make a small change and it then tells you updates are available and then YOU decide when to install them not Windows. Very useful feature. (edited)

I'm shocked how many people use wifi lol. Do people really use it more than ethernet?
    Wired always for me!
