Why so cold? This looks like the cheapest on the net and it's got six cores compared to intels 4

looks good price from here.heated.

Decent price but buyer beware! Next gen of AMD CPUs are set to drop in the not too distant future and early reports suggest they will be a really big step up. Ergo CPUs like this 1 will plummit in price and for this sort of price you'll be able to get one of the newer ones

I know this is always the case with technology but seriously the next Intel and AMD batch of processors are supposed to be the biggest jump since we first got dual cores.

Worth the wait if you can. I wanted something like one of these but to be honest my Intel C2D still works fine for pretty much everything so I'm happy to wait.

It is just so not necessary to have 6 cores that these hex-cpu shut down half of them when not needed -like 99.9 % of the time.
