That's quite a feat considering the 2700x has not even been out 2 years...

Nearly got this a month or so ago but space constraints meant I had to go with the 3400g for now. A recent set of benchmarks I saw put this only about 20% behind the 3600 for some general gaming.

You don't get a free game with this only the 3 months game pass.

However Amazon are on the game pass list (although given its technically a market place seller not Amazon it may not qualify). Aria aren't on the list of sellers offering the game pass so wouldn't get it from there.

Can find details of participating retailers here:

Interesting. I doubt you'd get the Game Pass. That's a shame because I'd argue that in many cases the pass is worth more than a game.
Get ryzen 2700 and sell a game for 25 ish £ => extra 2 cores for 7 £ less
The gamepass is only £3.99 a month anyhow.
Nice to have it free for 3 months but no biggy.
Great processor, but it amuses me that this gets hot every time even though it's within a fiver of this price basically all the time. Been posted well over 30 times in the last six months.

May upgrade this year though when the 4000 range releases.

You're right obviously. This is what happens when you don't proofread your comments when posting from a phone.
My point still stands though, excellent processors for the price.
From what I've read the 3000 line does have some improvements for gaming, but I didn't feel it was a significant upgrade to what I'm already running. When the inevitable Ryzen 9 comes out this year though, yeah I'll be all over that.
Also the 4000 line will apparently be the last to use the AM4 socket, so anyone looking to upgrade next year will probably be needing new motherboards as well.

I'd rather buy from Aria given that Amazon don't pay any proper taxes into the UK economy.
2p , or not 2p ... that is the question ..whether tis nobler ....etc ...etc ....

"£750k"

How many $billions is Amazon's tax evasion in comparison?

I’m not saying Amazon is a great company, just that Aria have had a shady past as well.

Oh and they lost...
