I paid £120 which I think was the cheapest I'd seen it. Good deal!

Prices have been up and down all day on Amazon, it's currently £117 now. It'll shoot back up again in a few minutes!

The amount of times a day some prices change on Amazon is scary. I was watching some CPUs last week and several of them were up and down more than half a dozen times during the day.

What shocked me the other day was a kit of RAM I was looking at went up from £359 to £662 while I was reading its product page!

It's all done automatically based on some formula checking other prices. It used to be the case that third party sellers could directly influence the price by listing things on the cheap, which Amazon's algorithm would then drop down to match. That lead to fake sellers listing things ultra-cheap just to drop the price. I picked up a couple of things really cheap by being in the right place at the right time when that was going on. Doesn't happen any more though, so I guess they changed how their system works to prevent it.
great value

I ordered a B450 Pro Carbon for my daughter's build, 22 in-stock at the time of purchase. Amazon took the funds and now telling me it's on a back order and could be made to wait 3 weeks. Cancelled the order and will go elsewhere.

Gone back up to £130 now, lol. For that price, the 2700 8 core is better value for another 4 quid.
