Mind expanding on that? Why?
Well if you want a long story...
Link to my thread from a while back: hotukdeals.com/dis…e=2 (it s actually a top result if you looking for ebuyer refusing refund)
My main concern with their practice is the amount of people may either give up or not take it further in this case. AFAIK they haven't changed this policy.
I am not someone who will avoid a company or product through a bad experience, but they can't even accept they are wrong in this case and think they can overide the law with their terms and conditions.
Edited to shorten comment,
I certainly can. I ordered a Ryzen 7 from them a couple of weeks ago, next day they cancelled saying it had been discontinued, a 4 days later to reappeared on their site at a higher price, they said that they couldn't u cancel and I would have to reorder at the higher price.
I can tell you why, they have a hidden policy on warranty claims, I had a controller go wrong after 6 months, a straight replacement you would think...Nope not for Ebuyer, they pro rata the amount down, so rather than replace I had to return controller and was giving a £11 refund, as I had used it for 6 months...
No joke, they are a horrendous company who I wish would go out of business (apart from the workers though)
