I'm really torn between this, the 5800X and the 5800X3D but there's like a good price difference for the 3D

5700x, you get about 95% of the 5800x with near 40% less power consumption and less heat, so the cooler is quieter too. You are not going to notice the difference in 5% of efficiency but you will in your system trying to cool down the CPU that runs 10-15 degrees hotter.

5700x is AM4 and 7700 is AM5 so buy whichever fits the motherboard.
