Found 24th Feb 2015
UPDATE (12/03) - Some card members who didn't see the offer appearing on their account previously are now seeing it, and with an expiry date of 15/04/15.

Similar to the BP offer that ran at the end of last year into this year....

Check your online Amex account for this offer. I'll post a direct link to enrol any other cards, if or when it becomes available.

Save to Card to get a £5 statement credit on a transaction of £50+ at participating Esso locations by 31/03/15. Valid every time, for the first 15,000 UK Cardmembers to save the offer. Terms & exclusions apply.

Keep in mind Esso do sell giftcards at most of their stations too. When they previously had a promotion, transactions for giftcards worked.

Offer excludes: Manse Services, 29 Wetherby Road, HG5 8LH and Hatton Service Station, Uttoxeter Road, DE65 5PT.

Maybe this is a new deal but my Offers page says it doesn't expire until 15th April......

Showing for my Platinum Cashback Everyday Credit Card and Preferred Rewards Gold Card. Not on my Nectar card, but that may be due to renewing it recently as other offers have also not always shown. I have spent at Essos on all three in the past.

Not showing on mine either (Platinum Credit Card).

Thanks for the heads up. It's showing on mine (Platinum).

Is it worth having an Amex card?

On my platinum cashback card, thanks op

Love the pics, its made my day.

Thank you

Thanks both gold and plat available for me

Nice timing - need to buy petrol. Heat added.

Thanks for this, last time (when it was £10 off a single use per card), I bought £50 Tesco gift cards (at a Tesco ESSO garage). They can be used later on petrol.

Check out the benefits of the Gold Rearward Card. It's come in handy for me.

For the offers alone you may say yes....

hotukdeals.com/tag…mex

Couple that with the customer service you receive and some of the benefits the cards alone offer (e.g. I believe their cashback card still offers the best rate in the UK)......

.... the answer is still 'yes!' :-)

Hot, although last time I did the BP offer, I had to take a jerry can as the wife's clio has a small tank.impossible to get £50 in it with the low fuel prices. Annoyingly filled up both cars the other day.

I think you'd need the direct sign up link to enrol this card, and that's not available just yet. Shout if I'm wrong or have misunderstood.

Need a direct link - Amex isn't letting this one run free!!!

I got it on mine, thank you. Saved!

Good deal been waiting for another discount similar to the BP deal

Not showing on my Preferred Rewards Gold Card yet (unless you cheeky lot have already snapped up all 15000)

Showing on my AMEX Plat but not my BAPP.

gutted I have just filled up my tank over the weekend!!

Thanks!! Much appreciated, almost accepted the bp double nectar points offer, was too lazy to go about it. Cheers!

Not showing on my platinum cashback, will keep checking!

Great! Thanks
