Offered showing on my cashback card today. I'm seeing £50 back on a £200 spend, some are seeing £200 back on a £600 spend. Thanks for the updates.

Yes, got this on my card and a supplementary card.

Used on other cards a few months back, but expect prices to be a little higher on Amex Travel against other sites, using discount codes and possible cashback.
But, you do tend to save around £30 per £200 spend, maybe a bit more.
That's on accommodation only.

Flights are limited from my area and the likes of Ryanair, easyJet etc aren't available!!
Good deal in principle, but check Skyscanner prices before booking. The flights I looked at were £60 more expensive on amex, so more expensive even with the discount
Thanks for the heads up OP, appreciated. Got excellent value out of this last time on a multi-city BA booking
Thanks. I've got:
£200 off £600 on Plat
£50 off £200 on Gold

This worked out well for me with Amex Travel (on flights) last time as it was same price as direct with Lufthansa, but with £200 taken off as mentioned, it's always worth checking though! (the £200 off £600 essentially got me a £600 PE ticket for the same price as economy would've been - which at £400 I wouldn't have got discount on)
Just checked mine, I can categorically say It's more expensive with AMEX,.... Don't bother with it.

It's not a deal. Cold

£50 off £200 on my Gold today. You can get good deals from them sometimes.
Thanks, got both the spend 600 save 200 and spend 200 save 50.

Obviously I always shop around, I have never found my flights to be more expensive on Amex Travel, in fact I have found them to be more flexible with more options, including stopovers available, although I admit the search tool isn't the best, you often need to be specific with times to find routings found elsewhere, such as kayak for example.
always there are offers a day after i paid for something, just spent yesterday over £200 for flights and hotel to Ireland :-(

I use momondo.co.uk, it actually gives slightly cheaper prices than skyscanner for the same results
Just checked my AMEX. Then I noticed my outstanding balance and closed the app before looking at the offers.

Paying that bill is a problem for future me to solve. Present me is gonna get some pizza.
Good find. Used it last time and definitely saved £50 on an airline ticket.
Wish I had 200 off 600. Only got the £50 and prob isn’t worth it
Not on mine L/
thanks
Not on my BA Amex either.
Thanks OP. With the £50 cashback I have managed to get a return flight to California for £317 for the end of March. When I first saw this deal posted the Amex prices were only competitive with cashback added so it seemed pointless to not just go direct to the airline. Since then most of the flights I had been looking at have more than doubled to over £700, whereas the prices on Amex Travel have stayed the same. I have watched as prices have gone up and up on Skyscanner and Google Flights etc since Christmas. Using Amex Travel I have managed to secure the cheapest price without resorting to using a third party who I do not trust. I got my e-ticket immediately on the BA app and have already filled in all my API info etc. Great find.
Their website is terrible, slow and not intuitive, thought will give it a go. Booked hotel stay in November for trip at the end of January. 5 days before the trip received an email telling me that the provider has cancelled the stay because of the pricing error. That's it.. ended up booking some random Airbnb as many hotels were already gone. When I called them I was told it wasn't there error as they use few hotel providers and it was their fault. As much as I like Amex and their customer service, Amex Travel is completely different department and seems worse than buying hotel stays on gumtree.
