Seen this deal on mse originally.

Spend over £2,000 before Christmas on this card and receive £100 of high street vouchers (inc amazon).

I applied for one last week and had it within a week. Didn't know you could also got TCB of £63 so thought I would share on here.

Hope this helps some people. HUKD alone will make me spend that much over the next fee months!

Good find ,but be aware this card has an annual fee of £125 which they don't charge in the first year but will after this.

I received an application form through the post yesterday for one of these cards, the offer was spend £2,000 and get 20,000 bonus points is this the same deal?

I was interested until I saw the annual fee! £125 eeeek!

I have thier Cashback card, I never pay interest and they give me back around £140 every March!

Not just me that missed out on the cashback then.

Fee free in the first year. Just remember to cancel. I will probably cancel mine after Christmas.

U get 2 free airport lounge passes too
Worth about £40 tops

I got this card in May, and it was spend £3000 in the 1st three months, easily done the only thing you need to remember to do is pay off in full each month otherwise they stop the card until you pay the balance and charge £12. In this case If you don't think you'll spend the £2000, you can buy gift vouchers on the card to be used later, i bought £1000 worth in the one go and the cashier looked at me as if i was taking the ****

Pay out of the bonus points was very quick and easily swapped them for £100 worth of amazon vouchers. No problems

You also get membership to the 'Lounge Club' with two complimentary visits per annum, i decided to try it out and got a free bacon roll and as much coffee as i could drink in a two hour period :D, also free Wi-Fi, a lot more pleasing comapred with sitting in with the "riff-raff", actually didn't mind waiting on the plane.

Just remember to cancel before the year is up.

LOL, depends how much coffee you can drink

Posted just over a year ago and widely discussed on this forum. It is a good deal but only for a minority of people. The deal then was for a charge card not a credit card.

Mods, the title needs changing to charge card as this card does not offer credit beyond month end. It must be repaid in full with each statement. And, unlike a credit card, there is no fixed spending limit. This is an undisclosed amount that Amex fix for you personally based on your status.

Having said all that, it is a good card and I have had it myself. I benefited from the free £100 but didn't use the airport lounges.

Thank you - I have applied through tbc - so hopefully will get the 63 quid - I will use it up to Christmas. Will cancel before the year is up so to not pay that yearly fee that kicks in after the first year.

Glad it helped someone. Not sure why it is voted so cold.

should be HOT imo....can only imagine peeps voting cold 'cos of £125 fee which doesnt count for 1st year!!! can cancel as soon as £100 earnt

Just a heads up to folks...

I've had this card nearly a year just remembered about the £125 fee for year 2! I will be cancelling it in a few days once I've claimed my reward points. Don't forget to cancel if yours if you've not done so already and don't want to pay the annual fee.
