Great post @Trogador

Thanks, can't believe I worked at a computer 9-5.30 just to come home and do the same!
Not that cheap really.
While I can see you've put the work in to write this out...
This is their normal prices on amazon now and have been for a good few weeks now..
the problem buy amiibo from amazon is that it always come not mint condition from their way of package or warehouse storage. I don't like that as I collect them

(but the worst falls on Argos. Argos do a lot of discount lately. I went in 3 of my regional Argos branches to collect some amiibo, all of them like being kick about)

everyone knows how to obtain mint condition amiibo, I am thinking to pay a bit extra to get it from ebay seller if needed (at least I could check the condition on their listing photos)

oh yeah I never shop at argos, they charge so much for delivery because they do it at a flat rate, and they screwed up my orders too many times for me, got sent to a place I didnt even live =[

sorry to hear that, that was very bad service to screw up like that.
I use my amiibo with my Nintendo, you need to open them for this? You all collecting and not opening?
I'd double check these with Argos first before buying as Amazon only seem to price match them after a while. Duck hunt, ROB and Ness are all cheaper at Argos (if you get it delivered to a store).

Ive given heat for the list though, great effort.

A few amiibo's you don't need to open to use as there is a transparent bottom section on the base to the packaging which means you can scan them without opening. However this is more the minority of amiibo's. The trend now seems to be all new amiibo's are not having a transparent bottom (probably to get collectors to buy 2 of each one).

Unless someone who has it tells you though, there is no way to know without actually seeing it physically for yourself.
