Sadly this ends this Friday, 21st but it’s a great deal. No voucher needed. The carvery here is really nice, a massive step up from Toby and Crown etc and in my experience is always very hot and excellent quality and flavourful.

You must buy a small adult carvery which is £4.99. You then simply state at the fill at the same time kids eat for £1 offer, they can have any main from kids menu including Quorn options and a dessert including nice home made in house ice cream in many fancy flavours.

You can only fill you plate once and this price is based on a small adult carvery, but you can pile it “mountain high” and yet have your “river deep” gravy boat on the side, this was gravy doesn’t fall off as you carry mountainous plate through restaurant. Also I’d advise you to “just say no” to the Yorkshire pudding as it takes up a lot of space and is tasteless.

They do spicy roast potatoes so if you like powdered potatoes don’t get normal ones first before spotting these.

Not showing in my local one (Glasgow)
Couldn't pay me to eat this awful food, shocking service too, never going to a farmhouse again!

Thank you!
Been to many Farmhouse inns around the country. Much better than Toby carvery
Tempted to vote cold, just for the refusal of a yorkie! Regardless of its taste....
Alas, this is a cracking deal and I agree the food is excellent for a run of the mill carvery chain, plus a full supported menu along side it. Means you can buy more cakes!
Anyone know if my 32yr old partner can eat one of the £1 kids meals?

I'm thinking, if I go to the till and order 1 x adult and 2 x kids then go claim the food, what can they actually do about it?!
An adult carvery, or an adult carvery?
"and a dessert including nice home made in house ice cream in many fancy flavours"

I believe the ice cream included in the kids meals is only the non-fancy 'Strawberry/Chocolate/Vanilla' supermarket tub stuff.
Our local farmhouse inn has just started making their own yorkies, agree in the past the frozen ones were fairly crap but now they’re on par with the massive ones Toby make.
What an amazing price to take the kids out at half term! Loving the tips on maxing out the deal, OwlEye
Thank you for posting. We have added this to the Highlights section
possibly 5% back on your amex, have a look

Yeah, but you'd need to factor in air fares and travelling time.

Hmm put in my Canterbury postcode to be told “Zero pubs near you” - are they regional then?
Take that advice on the gravy boat. I was in there a few weeks ago and had done the classic; buy small, pile high. Then when I poured the gravy on, it cascaded over the sides, all over my hand and it was super hot!! Ran to the toilets to run my hand under the tap but they only had hot taps! I went to get help from staff and they let me in the kitchen to use the cold taps in there. It was very sore but thankfully it didn't blister. So I definitely recommend using a gravy boat.

I don’t think the free kids dessert includes all the flavours. When we went this week we were told that the free dessert was just a single scoop of vanilla, strawberry or chocolate.

Still a good deal though.
Lloyd’s do cashback too
Free food poisoning included!
