Often described as ‘super grains’, ancient grains are naturally nutritious lesser-known grains like freekeh, teff and quinoa that have been consumed for thousands of years
Use them to add a protein or fibre boost to cakes, biscuits, breads and more.

Quinoa flour: a nutritious all purpose flour for baking & cooking.

Teff flour : ideal for sweet and savoury cooking.

Chickpea flour : a great binding alternative, widely used in vegan cooking.

Freekeh flour : a nutritious wheat-based flour for baking and cooking.

Millet flour : ideal for sweet and savoury cooking.

better than paying through the nose for ready made bread using the flours in supermarkets,

but hey ho at end of day its up to you

Definitely hot from me. Life is a little boring and very expensive when you have a restricted diet. Why not be adventurous? My local is 14 miles away, but I'll be happy to make the trip if it's possible they are in stock. Thank you for sharing.

good to hear, only wish some positive results north of the border now
for users like park head, managress told me its a one off item. so if you
want to try stock up, if not to your taste can always pass it on or food bank it
Freekeh is obviously not Gluten free, so be aware of that fact if you have a health complaint which requires you not to eat Gluten based foods.
