Would anyone explain why is it getting cold?
I got an Andrew Barton AC dryer (2100W) about two years ago (this one hotukdeals.com/dea…712 ), handed it down to my niece as her Babyliss Tourmaline-Gold hairdryer stopped working after about a year (!).

Maybe people are voting cold because the hairdryer on its own is typically under £20? Don't know...

One thing I do miss about the Andrew Barton dryer I had was it had a 3m cord - was really handy.

Yes, you may be right. But normal DC hair dryer are around £20 and they don't have as long life expectancy.
