Andrex Classic White Toilet Rolls 16s - £4.80 @ Waitrose with PYO

The Andrex Classic pack of 16 is currently reduced at Waitrose to £6. At the same time, it is available on the Pick Your Own deals app which gives a further 20% off.

So final price £6-£1.20 = £4.80. If you divide that by 16 it comes at 30p per role which is much better than current Amazon prices.

Voted cold.

The general amount of sheets with Andrex are reducing and shrinking all the time, they are now some of the worse value toilet rolls on the shelf and certainly not worth even this price.

I would advise anyone to purchase supermarket own branded toilet roll especially Sainsbury's or Lidl. You can read the reviews on Andrew which are mostly negative, Andrex is another deceiving greedy company and the quality is no longer there.

Boycott Andrex!
Thanks
I picked up a pack of this for £5 at Poundland the other night. I would add that the new packaging now contains compressed toilet rolls - they do look quite flattened (to save on packaging, etc), but I can assure you that they do expand ok - even says that they do on the bag!

Totally agree ... they have kept the same packaging with the misleading word 'classic' and '75 years'... instead of 'new and improved' they are 'new and worse' ... reduced from 221 sheets to 200 sheets, around 3 metres less overall, 2-ply, very thin and a slight grey colour ... some people even said it was making their house more dusty!

Sounds like you work for a competitor! I personally think that Andrex is the best quality loo roll out there, yes they made the roll 20 sheets less but you use less because it’s now made with better quality, with cotton too. They also help charities like WaterAid

And you are a big part of the problem.

What problem...? I stated I think they’re the best toilet roll, they help charities, so that’s a problem?! Stick to your supermarket brands if you want but don’t say it’s a problem that some people have they’re favourite products!
