Twice as much electricity? How did you work that one out then?
its ok but i think this is their old one, if you want to fast charge you should get the powercore+ or the power delivery version.

Paid £23.99 in 2015. Don’t have a tardis but CCC must be wrong
Agreed, I paid 23.19 in 2017 for this. Still not a bad deal I think
Also bought in 2017 for around 21 or 22 quid. Good, takes a long time to charge tho.
I bought this a couple of months ago after reading some great reviews but it doesn't fast charge phones, and takes over 12 hours to fully charge itself.
Replaced with the PowerCore II which rapid charges phones and only takes 5 hours to fully charge.
The best.

That's good if you dislike battery-longevity. I prefer this model, I've had one since 2015. Paid £22 for it and it seems as good as the day I bought it.
How about this one... AUKEY Power Banks 20000mAh? it's currently 20.99 (22.99 with a 2.00 discount voucher mentioned on the same product page):

amazon.co.uk/dp/…GZC

  • Dual USB ports, combined 3.4A output - Simultaneously charge 2 iPads at max speed with more current
  • Built-in safeguards protect your devices against excessive current, overheating, and overcharging.

It's also got dual inputs for faster charging.
here’s my proof
Still good at this price

Lol, I meant use the electricity for twice as long, which would usually mean having to leave it charging overnight
Why does the OP mention USB C, This isn’t USB C
Ordered and heat added wAs waiting for the price to drop. Thanks

I think it’s talking about cables that are included / not included since it also mentions lightning and is in the ‘what you get section’. Probably for people who want to use this to charge a newer iPad (with USBC) would need to buy a separate cable as it won’t be included with this (USBA - USBC).

Want this available just a couple weeks back for £22.99? £27.99+ the £5 included voucher.

I bought this and another brand of powerbank. Rleron 25000mah powerbank, which could be charged via USB C or micro USB, has 3 charging ports and wireless charging (although this was VERY SLOOOW), with the addition of a digital display indicating how much power left. It also charged faster than the Anker. Only downside was that it was slightly larger, however, it does have a larger capacity. And I paid £22.99.
Anyone tested the real capacity on these?

"Been fast charging my phone for five years, and it still lasts as long as it did when I first got it?"

Pinocchio, is that you?
How is this a deal?

No USB-C, no Quickcharge....for £3 more than I paid for a Tecknet battery with dual QC 3.0 ports, an 18 watt USB-C port and a micro USB charge port (again, Quickcharge)...

People are blinded by the Anker name

Fast charging caused higher heat so yes it does wear the battery faster
Will it power a MacBook Pro Retina?
This is a load of crap, i purchased it and found it does not fast charge in any way so is useless for any modern phone, avoid like hell as most courirers will refuse to carry the return as well so you will be lumped with this rubbiush,
No usb c, power delivery or quick charge. Old junk
How fast is fast charge? I've had this for years and it charges my iPhone 8 plus within an hour. I love it.

That image will give you a rough idea about the benefits of Quickcharge

(Your iPhone has a small battery by modern smartphone standards, so requires less time to charge)

Finally a decent deal for a powerbank
Wouldn't recommend it. I thought it had qc 3 and bought it. Charging slowly. Very old model. I wish
Similar to others, I've had one for 12-18 months or so and its ticks the boxes for me.

My main use is on holiday, kids use this particularly in the airport and/or plane and when the phones not being used you plug this in and put away in the rucksack etc, fast charge isn't an issue for me.
