Yeah seeing that price has put me off spending more now

This is me with anything I see on this site, even 5 minute glitch prices mean I will never ever buy that item as the price will never be repeated or beaten...

Awesome! Bit gutted I missed some of the lower prices this week but it's only a few quid now - thanks for posting!
It’s a game I’m interested in but never played before but might get card in case I don’t like it.

Heat though I may bite if I don’t want to go out in to the world to get it.

I'm already playing it. Gamivo is having frequent flash sales the past couple of days. There should be another one today - might be 20% off like yesterday or just 10% like this morning. Check their site every hour or check here - I'll post a comment here if the sale is up, because you can potentially get it like me for circa 33-34 pounds. Yesterday I also got lucky and snagged a $70 US eshop card for 39 pounds

For peace of mind, you really shouldn't buy high value games off there. Don't know if the key will be revoked months down the line.

Well, I've been buying stuff from there for a while without any issues. I guess if there were some shady sellers there at some point, they have probably been removed, so based on my experience I wouldn't pair gamivo with G2A or other shady sites.

The only trashy thing they do is to try to trick you into subscribing for Gamivo Smart and paying a monthly subscription fee of 1 pound or so, if you don't uncheck the option on the checkout screen. And while not the most honest practice, it provides you with a 10% discount, so you'll end up saving a lot more if you buy your games and cards there (with that said, I'm not subscribed and still prefer to wait for a sale).

Overall prices are the same as everywhere else but every odd month or so they have a 10-15% promo code that makes the difference and this month for some reason they already ran a couple 30-minute 20% off flash sales. In the end, I'm just sharing information about a deal - people can decide for themselves if they want to join in or not.

One look on TrustPilot and Reddit tells me they do in fact have problems with money laundering and dupe/stolen keys coupled with poor customer service if you don't pay for Smart. Maybe a vocal minority but like you said, your choice at the end of the day but I'd rather pay a bit extra knowing the key is from a legit source.

Furthermore, devs themselves have said themselves they'd rather people pirate their games than to buy off marketplace sites because they end up dealing with chargebacks from fraud.

Well, I guess there might be some random scammers everywhere, but I haven't had any issues - all the sellers of switch games and codes I've bought from had thousand of completed transactions and always 99-100% rating. I haven't even waited for a code. Every time I received the code immediately after paying. Honestly, shopto, kinguin and a lot of other sites branded as "trusty" around here have worse trust pilot reviews

The people on trustpilot are mainly complaining about the "hidden" subscription fee, but it's not really hidden - these are the type of people that install mcafee and a thousand other things every time they install a single programme on their pc coz they can't bother to scroll through a page or uncheck a box. I would still recommend the site - just check the seller's rating before buying (you see it anyway), uncheck the customer protection box and don't forget to turn off Gamivo Smart on the checkout page and you're set.

They actually run promotions very rarely and every time I managed to get in on one was by pure luck, so I'm just giving you a heads up - I don't really know if it will be 20% off, it was like that yesterday, so I'm basing it on that, but in the past I skipped on 10% off flash sales waiting for the last sale of the day hoping to be bigger and it was like 50% off on games under 10 euro - just saying

All the talking was for nothing. The gamivo sale is on now but this time is just 10% and it seems that all Animal Crossing sellers have raised the price with about that, so together with the credit card or paypal fees it ends up being 40 pounds. That's a bummer
Shopto the cheapest for physical at the moment ?
Anybody order physical copy from Shopto & not receive it?
shopto have rubbish website that only has an option for paypal payment when i browse via my phone or chromebook. Have to head to the desktop to see if that allows me to pay by card instead.

There will be delays with the postal system due to the situation we are in. If your order was dispatched then you should hopefully receive it tomorrow. I ordered from the game collection and was dispatched, but didnt arrive today so I'm hopefully expecting it tomorrow, otherwise will be Monday

Gamivo is running a spring sale right now with a 12% off code. AC is 41 pounds, so with the code and after the paypal fees, it comes down to about 37 pounds. Not a huge saving but still a bit better
