Wasn't this £45.00 a week or so ago (via argos)? If so they are taking the p*ss!

Yea, never played any of these before...was really quite excited...but after a few days it’s like, let’s collect some wood and build something again...let’s collect more weeds to tidy up and also to sell to then buy a piece of poxy furniture...now let’s rearrange all the poxy furniture in the house...oh yay, I wonder what fun and excitement will await me tomorrow 😴

Thats good but at £40 its cheaper then the other deals and didnt have to wait.. Comparing it to this deal £15 cheaper..
Was indeed £45 at Argos the other week, I got it for that plus delivery.

Personally, the game doesn’t interest me at aIl-I don’t see what all the fuss is about. My other half wanted it for the Switch whilst we’re in lockdown having had a few versions before. My 4 ½ year old however, absolutely loves it. Simple, laid back-plays it with Mum obviously. But for me, don’t see the point. But I get it, everyone’s different, and there def. seems like there is some mileage in it, in as much as, there’s always ‘something’ to do.

In the way of this being a deal-no. Being in stock is a good thing if you’re after it, but at that price it’s no deal.

That’s why it’s always best, if taking a punt, to buy physical, so you can sell on if needs be.
I bought mine on Saturday from amazon, I kept checking it every few hours as they come and go in stock. Its for 45 and it arrived on Monday.
I'm loving the game, I share my island with my wife. Don't take the game to seriously, play for a bit each day and you unlock more stuff every few days.

I assumed nothing about you. You were the only one who made assumptions and made the wrong ones and then rambled on with the wrong assumptions.

Never thought animal crossing would cause so much anger .
I managed to get my copy for £45 physical from Sainsbury’s a week after launch. Bought two copies from cd keys, one a couple of days a go for one of the kids. Another just for an up coming birthday. - My nephew said he actually preferred digital cause it means he can carry that with him, not lose it and will always have at least one game in his switch. It also saved me a trip out and £10!

Animal crossing isn’t for everybody, however on launch it sold 1.88 million copies, more than Pokemon Sword.. As of 5 days a go stats report in Japan alone, 3 million copies have been sold. - It has a HUGE fan base. Not everyone likes it, and that’s fine. But digital games all work the same. You buy from third party sites = no refund. Direct from PSN/MS Store you have cooling off periods.

Who spends £40 on a game these days without going on YouTube and watching gameplay videos to see if they like it? This is a saving money website after all

Go to your first comment on my comment you made.. If that isn’t making assumptions then you need to go back to school.. 📚

What’s they hype about this game looks boring

That's digital though. You'd be better comparing it to anywhere else that sells this physically for £45

Read some reviews, watch some gameplay online. It's not designed to be "exciting".

Amazon, CDKeys etc all state no refunds unless software is faulty. A digital game, why would you want to return it?
