This is a great idea if you want stinky, hairy blue fluff up your nose
Gotta say I find all of these things pretty useless.
I just shove a loose Mach III blade up my nose and spin it around a few times. Lethal but effective.
The Panasonic ER430K looks to be the only one that is the next level up but a bit pricier
