Strange, worked 10 minutes ago
Good price, paid 15.73 for mine, I think via a deal on here too.

Shame the code doesn't work. I was half tempted to get a second.
You need to get 3 items or more for the 10% discount to work
Have one of these in white. Really light and portable. Great for days out
I have one of these, I found it in the garden of the house I was renovating, exposed to the elements. It had to have been there atleast 6 months as that's when the house was last occupied. It was soaking wet when I found it. It works perfectly, must be well-made.

Can I take one of these on board a plane?

Can I take one of these on board a plane?

Yes you can, and it must go in your hand luggage
These are probably old stock. They have 4 5,200mAh cells, but the newer version (which I think is the only version Anker make now) is the 6,700mAh/cell version with 13,000mAh total capacity. They're also available from the same site for £25. I bought the newer version from Amazon 6 months ago or so for about 20 quid - it's great and I'd recommend it, but I'd avoid this older one myself.

Nothing wrong with it. Just think there are products as good out there without the Anker brand name.

Between me and family members we've had a good dozen Anker battery banks with zero problems. Other than the unavoidable "X% of cells have an undetectable fault" issue swelling batteries tends to be due to physical damage or charging it with a poor quality charger

This can happen. The chance is small but there's always a risk. I think the reason Anker have such a great reputation is because it's likely they'll replace it with a new one for free.

My experience of their customer service has been great. I don't know how it happened as it wasn't my power bank (I had an identical one) but the plastic in the USB port of the single port version of this got really flexible and it it became possible to insert a USB cable upside down. I contacted them and they sent me a brand new one and told me to dispose of the damaged one myself, so I broke it open and put the cells in a new enclosure. Everything still working fine.
Thanks op. Have ordered onw
I have the 10000mAh version of this which only has one output but it is a lot smaller than this one. Anker is a great brand - voted hot.

I'll rise to the 'what's wrong with Anker' question. Had two of their powerbanks, one had terrible charge capacity from the off and the other lost its capacity after about 8 months and got very hot, like something was wrong inside. No way they're worth a premium above the millions of no name ones out there. I've since had a Primark one for the past 18 months, was about £8 if memory serves and still goes like a champ. Wipes the floor with the Anker ones. Guess it's all luck with a good batch as personal experience goes.

Stuff does and can go wrong with products but if you get in touch with them they are usually really good with resolving issues with faulty products. I had a old astro 3 charger and about 12 months in it wouldn't charge properly, got in touch with them as they offered 18 month warranty at time and it was replaced
