Yes, I am buying one for the first time.
Thank you, I have just bought one, great price, my old single slot USB car charger does not kick out much power, this is ideal for my needs.
Not worth buying these now unless they also include a USB-C Power Delivery socket.
These ones are all cheap just clearing old stock
This does not fast charge the Mate 20 Pro even though it is listed in the description. Good quality apart from that though.
Doesn't 'Supercharge' my Mate 10 Pro but charges a lot quicker than my other in-car charger.
Handy for keeping in the car. The wife and I have one each.
"Twin USB-A ports pump out a combined 24W-enough to provide a full-speed charge to 2 phones at once"

Absolute, utter misleading nonsense. Any modern phone doesn't get full speed charging with a 2.4amp port like this.

At best, this is a mid range charger. 2.4amp is old. You want USB-C PD or something with Qualcomm QuickCharge at the very least in 2019.

This isn't even cheap....

I've no doubt this will go super hot because it's Anker again, much like their recent powerbank threads.....which made no sense given their price.

However.... it is a good standard charger, and is compact, but fits well.
I will never understand why these have a very bright blue LED and this is apparently a selling feature?!

Have they never tried driving at night with this on!?
For the newer phones especially, you gotta have QC (QuickCharge). Once you've had quick charge, there's no going back!
Decent chargers, Got 3 in total. 1 in each car then 1 spare, not had any issues with it. Plug phone in and away I go. My p20 pro seems to charge decently with it and it's better than some others i've used before.
Already have one, they are brilliant, sat nav in one slot, ipad plugged in the other for daughter in the back, worth every penny

Hundreds of new drivers are on the road every week, and plenty of people will lose their existing charger or want to upgrade to a better one with more slots / better power output.
Can anyone recommend a deal for 45w pd car charger from one port?
Nearly 500 degrees for £1 saving wtf

45W ones are still keeping their price at the moment in the UK because the selection is poor.

If you can wait, order one from Ali express. Plenty available at reasonable prices.

It's not unheard of for 45W ones to have issues in some cars. Just be aware of this - most should be fine, but I've seen a few reports of issues. I think it mostly impacts older cars.

Usually because they either
(a) fail
(b) bought cheap poundshop/ebay ones and then discovered it is rubbish
(c) lost it when lending it to a friend or driving another car or using the cigar socket for somethign else
(d) all of the above

Im guessing most people go through 2-3 rubbish ones before buying something decent like Anker, then end up buying one with Quickcharge to replace the standard Anker one.

...

{My quick charge one arrived this morning and replaced my twin Anker 2.4A charger that i've had for about a year.}

The last anker 2.4amp dual I had killed dab reception and can’t imagine this is anything different

The led is tiny, probably the size of a biro tip if that. Doesn't affect night driving at all.

Glad you have no trouble. I am speaking from personal experience though!

I agree, it’s a tiny hole in the metal that lets the blue led light shine through, not bright enough to illuminate anything in the car. The lights on my steering wheel buttons are brighter.
Expired? I can only see £7.99
